(Graphique : Datawrapper \/ Indeed)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Alors que dans de nombreux pays, le retour au bureau fait l'objet de d\u00e9bats et est mis en \u0153uvre, la Suisse donne un signal clair : L'offre de postes de travail \u00e0 domicile a atteint un nouveau record au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2025. Une analyse r\u00e9cente de la plateforme d'emploi Indeed montre que la Suisse r\u00e9siste ainsi aux tendances internationales et renforce sa position de site stable pour le travail flexible en Europe.<\/p>\n<h3>L'offre d'emplois \u00e0 distance se stabilise apr\u00e8s avoir atteint un niveau record<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le prolongement du fort d\u00e9but d'ann\u00e9e, la part des offres d'emploi avec option de travail \u00e0 domicile a continu\u00e9 d'augmenter. Apr\u00e8s avoir atteint un pic de 13,9 pour cent au premier trimestre, l'offre a grimp\u00e9 \u00e0 un nouveau record de 14,4 pour cent en mai. A la fin du premier semestre, le 30 juin, la part de 14,1 pour cent se situait toujours \u00e0 un niveau extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9. L'offre d'emplois flexibles a donc plus que quintupl\u00e9 depuis la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la pand\u00e9mie et s'est solidement \u00e9tablie dans le monde du travail suisse.<\/p>\n<p>La Suisse est \u00e9galement bien plac\u00e9e en comparaison internationale : avec une part \u00e0 distance de 14,1 pour cent, elle se situe seulement derri\u00e8re le Royaume-Uni (15,1 pour cent) et l'Allemagne (14,8 pour cent) au troisi\u00e8me rang des cinq plus grandes \u00e9conomies occidentales. Suivent le Canada (13,8 pour cent), la France (11 pour cent) et, loin derri\u00e8re, les Etats-Unis (7,8 pour cent).<\/p>\n<h3>Une experte du march\u00e9 du travail : la flexibilit\u00e9, un avantage concurrentiel strat\u00e9gique pour la Suisse<\/h3>\n<p>\"L'offre de bureaux \u00e0 domicile en Suisse a atteint un nouveau record au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre et se stabilise \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. C'est d'autant plus remarquable que dans les cinq principales \u00e9conomies occidentales, la proportion a stagn\u00e9 ou m\u00eame sensiblement diminu\u00e9 durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Si les entreprises parviennent \u00e0 poursuivre sur cette voie, la Suisse pourra s'\u00e9tablir \u00e0 long terme comme le site leader en Europe pour les mod\u00e8les de travail flexibles et devenir ainsi encore plus attractive pour les talents internationaux\", d\u00e9clare le Dr Virginia Sondergeld, \u00e9conomiste et experte du march\u00e9 du travail chez Indeed. Pour de nombreux actifs, le travail ind\u00e9pendant du lieu est depuis longtemps un crit\u00e8re central dans le choix d'un emploi - que ce soit pour concilier la garde des enfants, les soins aux proches ou simplement le choix du lieu de r\u00e9sidence, poursuit-elle. \"Les entreprises qui r\u00e9duisent leur strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 distance d\u00e9couragent les candidats et, dans le pire des cas, perdent m\u00eame des collaborateurs existants.
