(Image : Brasserie Locher)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/de\/management\/2024-08-12\/schweizer-brauereien-sind-weltklasse\/\">d\u00e8s 2024<\/a> la brasserie Locher fait partie des vainqueurs des World Beer Awards, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Londres. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie reine du concours, la brasserie Locher a remport\u00e9 deux m\u00e9dailles d'or avec la bi\u00e8re Appenzeller en tant que Country Winner Switzerland : la Schwarzer Kristall (Dark Lager) et la BrandL\u00f6scher (Vienna) ont convaincu le jury international d'experts sur toute la ligne et ont remport\u00e9 la distinction supr\u00eame pour la Suisse. L'IPA (American Style) et la Vintage Sour Beer (Framboise), une bi\u00e8re fruit\u00e9e et acidul\u00e9e, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es par l'argent dans le classement national. La Gran Alpin Lager (Helles\/M\u00fcnchner) et la rafra\u00eechissante Bschorle (Flavoured) ont remport\u00e9 le bronze.<\/p>\n<p>La ligne Locher Craft a \u00e9galement brill\u00e9 par ses r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels. La Hazy Climber (Milkshake IPA\/Nouvelle Angleterre IPA), la Mountain Ale (American Style Pale Ale) et la Fruity Cave (Kriek) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es par l'argent. La Freefall sans alcool (NO &amp; Low Alcohol) et la Misty Cave (Pale) ont re\u00e7u le bronze.<\/p>\n<h3>Meilleure bi\u00e8re sans alcool de Suisse<\/h3>\n<p>Une excellente bi\u00e8re peut aussi se passer d'alcool. C'est ce que d\u00e9montre Qu\u00f6llfrisch Alkoholfrei, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois par la brasserie appenzelloise Locher en avril 2024. En effet, cette bi\u00e8re a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e par une m\u00e9daille d'or lors des prestigieux World Beer Awards 2025 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9e en tant que Country Winner dans la cat\u00e9gorie No &amp; Low Alcohol Lager. La Qu\u00f6llfrisch hell, riche en tradition, a en outre remport\u00e9 l'argent cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Une brasserie polyvalente<\/h3>\n<p>La brasserie d'Appenzell confirme ainsi une fois de plus sa polyvalence, des bi\u00e8res de garde classiques aux cr\u00e9ations artisanales innovantes, et souligne sa position de leader dans le paysage brassicole suisse. \"Nos nombreuses distinctions aux World Beer Awards 2025 montrent que nous d\u00e9veloppons l'histoire de la brasserie avec passion, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. Qu'elles soient classiques ou exp\u00e9rimentales, la bi\u00e8re d'Appenzell et notre ligne Locher Craft ont leur place dans le monde entier\", se r\u00e9jouit Aur\u00e8le Meyer, directrice de la brasserie Locher.<\/p>\n<p>La brasserie Chopfab Boxer de Winterthur\/Yverdon-les-Bains, qui appartient \u00e0 la brasserie Locher mais reste ind\u00e9pendante, peut \u00e9galement se r\u00e9jouir des distinctions qu'elle a re\u00e7ues : la Boxer Blonde a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue Country Winner dans la cat\u00e9gorie Lager, Helles.
