(Image : uschi dreiucker \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Des augmentations de salaire d'au moins 1% sont justifi\u00e9es dans toutes les branches pour 2019, et dans certains cas jusqu'\u00e0 2%, \u00e9crit la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce dans un communiqu\u00e9. L'\u00e9conomie suisse reste sur la voie d'une croissance robuste : les experts de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration pr\u00e9voient une croissance du PIB de 2,4% en 2018.<\/p>\n<h2>Am\u00e9lioration des perspectives d'emploi<\/h2>\n<p>Les carnets de commandes des entreprises seraient \u00e9galement bien remplis, comme le montrent les derni\u00e8res enqu\u00eates du KOF. Les branches industrielles orient\u00e9es vers l'exportation ont pu se d\u00e9velopper l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises suisses et \u00e0 la situation conjoncturelle positive en Europe. La solide conjoncture mondiale et l'\u00e9volution favorable des taux de change continuent de stimuler la demande de produits suisses. Parall\u00e8lement, l'\u00e9conomie int\u00e9rieure donne de plus en plus d'impulsions \u00e0 la croissance, ce qui devrait permettre \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique de la Suisse de s'autofinancer de plus en plus, selon les derniers pronostics conjoncturels du SECO. Selon les experts, les diff\u00e9rends commerciaux internationaux, qui se sont r\u00e9cemment quelque peu intensifi\u00e9s, suscitent une certaine incertitude. Les perspectives d'emploi se sont encore nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et sont largement soutenues dans tous les secteurs. Le SECO les juge particuli\u00e8rement positives dans le secteur industriel.<\/p>\n<h2>Investir dans les employ\u00e9s maintenant<\/h2>\n<p>Cette dynamique positive sur le march\u00e9 du travail est soutenue par un climat de consommation sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne. En raison de la hausse des prix du p\u00e9trole et des importations, les experts du KOF et du SECO s'attendent \u00e0 une augmentation du rench\u00e9rissement. Ils pr\u00e9voient un rench\u00e9rissement de 0,8% \u00e0 1%. Les salaires nominaux n'ayant gu\u00e8re augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, une augmentation des salaires se justifie d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans ce contexte afin de maintenir le pouvoir d'achat. Les salari\u00e9s ont largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution positive de l'\u00e9conomie et doivent donc participer \u00e0 la reprise. De plus, des investissements doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les collaborateurs afin de maintenir ainsi la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l'entreprise \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<h2>Tous les secteurs ne connaissent pas la m\u00eame croissance<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si la croissance est largement soutenue, elle reste h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne dans les diff\u00e9rentes branches. Une large reprise s'est amorc\u00e9e dans l'industrie MEM, orient\u00e9e vers l'exportation, qui enregistre des entr\u00e9es de commandes et des chiffres d'affaires en hausse et envisage l'avenir de mani\u00e8re positive. Le secteur des services financiers et le commerce de gros ont \u00e9galement progress\u00e9. De m\u00eame, le march\u00e9 suisse des TIC continue de cro\u00eetre fortement gr\u00e2ce aux investissements dans le domaine informatique. L'industrie chimique et pharmaceutique reste le secteur le plus important de l'\u00e9conomie d'exportation suisse et se d\u00e9veloppe cette ann\u00e9e encore de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9jouissante. Malgr\u00e9 un environnement de march\u00e9 difficile, la situation du commerce de d\u00e9tail s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et la tendance \u00e0 la baisse des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es a pris fin. Le secteur de la construction se d\u00e9veloppe solidement \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais avec une dynamique plus faible que lors du boom de la construction en 2014.<\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce voit dans cette dynamique positive suffisamment de raisons pour en faire profiter les collaborateurs.
