Walthert et son \u00e9quipe d'environ 70 personnes sont responsables depuis des ann\u00e9es de la commercialisation r\u00e9ussie, du branding durable ainsi que des campagnes tr\u00e8s remarqu\u00e9es de Digitec et Galaxus. Une grande partie du travail est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en interne. L'\u00e9quipe mise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur des approches non conventionnelles - avec un succ\u00e8s av\u00e9r\u00e9 : le chiffre d'affaires et la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de la marque de l'entreprise n'ont cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre.<\/p>\r\n
Chaque ann\u00e9e, des personnalit\u00e9s qui s'engagent de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re pour leur marque, qui placent les clients au centre de leurs pr\u00e9occupations, qui tiennent compte de la durabilit\u00e9 et qui sont des mod\u00e8les en tant que dirigeants, sont nomin\u00e9es pour le prix. Nous recherchons des personnes qui ouvrent de nouvelles voies et cr\u00e9ent une v\u00e9ritable valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les entreprises et les consommateurs.<\/p>\r\n
Les candidats sont propos\u00e9s par 24 experts issus de l'\u00e9conomie, du marketing, de la recherche, des m\u00e9dias, du conseil et de la formation. L'Institut f\u00fcr Marketing & Consumer Insight de l'Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall \u00e9value les nominations et \u00e9tablit une longue liste. \u00c0 partir de celle-ci, le jury s\u00e9lectionne une shortlist de six nomin\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n
Une particularit\u00e9 de cette ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re double nomination : Sara Jerman et Angelika Leemann de Rivella. Figuraient \u00e9galement sur la shortlist (par ordre alphab\u00e9tique) : Gregor Eicher (Bank Cler), Marco Greco (Ochsner Sport), Sonia Milici (Yuh) et Martin Schweikert (FMB).<\/p>\r\n
Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu \"publicitaire de l'ann\u00e9e 2020\" et \"Marketing Thought Leader 2022\", Martin Walthert se voit d\u00e9cerner le titre de \"CMO of the Year 2025\". Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re directement chez Digitec Galaxus apr\u00e8s ses \u00e9tudes et y travaille depuis 2006. Aujourd'hui, en tant que CMO, il mise sur une strat\u00e9gie interne claire avec des voies d\u00e9cisionnelles courtes. Depuis son arriv\u00e9e, le chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise est pass\u00e9 de 62 millions \u00e0 3,228 milliards de francs.<\/p>\r\n
La remise des prix a eu lieu le jeudi 21 ao\u00fbt au Papiersaal de Zurich devant 120 invit\u00e9s. La soir\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e pour la troisi\u00e8me fois par Vanessa Meier.
