La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 kawe AG est pass\u00e9e du statut de petit constructeur d'installations \u00e0 celui de fournisseur et de sous-traitant \u00e9tabli de solutions complexes dans le domaine de la construction d'installations et de machines sp\u00e9ciales pour l'industrie tech suisse. Avec aujourd'hui 70 collaborateurs, dont 10 apprentis, l'entreprise sert des clients du secteur de l'\u00e9nergie, de l'industrie de l'armement et d'autres branches, en Suisse et dans le monde. En investissant dans la fabrication, dans des processus num\u00e9riques et dans un atelier de 6000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, kawe AG s'est dot\u00e9e d'une base solide pour poursuivre sa croissance. L'une des sp\u00e9cialisations de l'entreprise est le soudage de sous-ensembles complexes, avec une grande comp\u00e9tence dans des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s rares comme le brasage fort et le soudage moderne au laser.<\/p>\n

Planification pr\u00e9coce de la succession<\/h3>\n

Alors que de nombreuses PME sont h\u00e9sitantes lorsqu'il s'agit de trouver une solution de succession, Stephan Leunig et Michel Indrizzi ont planifi\u00e9 la transition avec anticipation. Avec Michael Reinhard et Marc Fl\u00fcckiger, ce sont d\u00e9sormais deux experts de l'industrie qui prennent la rel\u00e8ve, qui partagent les valeurs de l'entreprise et qui veulent exploiter son potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement. Michael Reinhard apporte une exp\u00e9rience industrielle internationale ainsi qu'une expertise en mati\u00e8re de gestion strat\u00e9gique de groupe et de conseil d'entreprise. Marc Fl\u00fcckiger dispose d'une vaste exp\u00e9rience de direction en tant qu'entrepreneur et conna\u00eet de premi\u00e8re main les d\u00e9fis d'une PME.<\/p>\n

Croissance avec responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et r\u00e9gionale<\/h3>\n

\"Nous souhaitons d\u00e9velopper et lancer de nouveaux produits pour la production d'\u00e9nergie et l'industrie \u00e9lectrique\", explique le nouveau propri\u00e9taire et CEO Michael Reinhard. \"Avec une perspective de 20 \u00e0 30 ans, nous allons poursuivre sur notre lanc\u00e9e tout en d\u00e9veloppant de nouveaux potentiels de d\u00e9veloppement\", ajoute le nouveau propri\u00e9taire et CFO Marc Fl\u00fcckiger. La collaboration avec des start-ups prometteuses sera renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Pour les nouveaux propri\u00e9taires, la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale envers les collaborateurs reste importante, comme l'indique l'entreprise. De plus, kawe AG continuera \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter comme un centre de formation engag\u00e9 et l'ancrage r\u00e9gional restera un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de l'identit\u00e9 de l'entreprise, ajoute le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L'exp\u00e9rience reste dans l'entreprise<\/h3>\n

Stephan Leunig et Michel Indrizzi restent engag\u00e9s dans l'entreprise en tant qu'investisseurs. Michel Indrizzi continue par ailleurs d'assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s en tant que membre du conseil d'administration. \"Nous voulions remettre kawe en de bonnes mains. Avec Michael Reinhard et Marc Fl\u00fcckiger, nous avons trouv\u00e9 des successeurs qui poursuivent l'entreprise avec les m\u00eames valeurs et la font \u00e9voluer avec des impulsions nouvelles\", souligne Michel Indrizzi.<\/p>\n
