Les PME disposent rarement d'une gestion environnementale sp\u00e9cifique. Des services de conseil complets pour les petites entreprises font d\u00e9faut. La ville de Zurich conclut avec le Boussole \u00e9cologique<\/a> une lacune dans l'offre. L'\u00e9co-boussole montre aux PME les potentiels, transmet les offres environnementales et cr\u00e9e pour les PME une vue d'ensemble dans la jungle des mesures et des subventions. La ville a d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 la direction op\u00e9rationnelle de l'\u00e9co-compas \u00e0 un bureau externe. Ce mod\u00e8le a fait ses preuves et doit \u00eatre poursuivi. Pour la poursuite de l'offre de l'\u00e9co-compas, de nouvelles d\u00e9penses annuelles r\u00e9currentes d'un montant de 350'000 francs sont propos\u00e9es au conseil municipal \u00e0 partir de 2022.<\/p>\n

\u00c9conomies directes allant jusqu'\u00e0 7 tonnes de CO2 par PME et par an <\/strong><\/p>\n

L'\u00e9valuation de l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9co-compas a montr\u00e9 que les mesures convenues ont un effet positif sur le climat, la qualit\u00e9 de l'air et de l'eau et la consommation des ressources. L'all\u00e8gement annuel directement mesurable de l'environnement est de l'ordre de 400 \u00e0 5000 MWh d'\u00e9nergie (\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, chaleur\/froid) \u00e9conomis\u00e9e, 100'000 \u00e0 500'000 personnes-kilom\u00e8tres et 15 \u00e0 50 tonnes de mat\u00e9riel. Cela correspond \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie par an et par PME de 2 \u00e0 7 tonnes d'\u00e9missions de CO2. C'est la moiti\u00e9 de l'empreinte environnementale d'un citoyen suisse par an.<\/p>\n

Un grand potentiel pour les conseils aux PME <\/strong><\/p>\n

L'\u00e9co-compas a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2009 dans le cadre de l'axe prioritaire de la l\u00e9gislature de l'\u00e9poque \"Zurich durable - sur la voie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 2000 watts\". En 2015, le programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par le prix de l'innovation \"Excellence Publique\". Jusqu'en 2020, pr\u00e8s de 4000 entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9es personnellement et plus de 1200 conseils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9s. Selon une \u00e9tude d'act Cleantech Agentur Schweiz AG, il reste un potentiel de plus de 18 000 PME \u00e0 exploiter.<\/p>\n

\"Pour atteindre les objectifs de protection du climat, tout le monde est n\u00e9cessaire. C'est pourquoi la ville de Zurich veut continuer \u00e0 soutenir le commerce local avec des offres de conseil adapt\u00e9es\", explique le conseiller municipal Andreas Hauri, chef du d\u00e9partement de la sant\u00e9 et de l'environnement.<\/p>\n

Adaptation aux nouvelles conditions <\/strong><\/p>\n

Selon une analyse de satisfaction de l'EPF de Zurich, la prestation de conseil existante est majoritairement per\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s positive par les PME. N\u00e9anmoins, l'offre de conseil doit \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en se concentrant sur les objectifs de protection climatique \u00e0 atteindre et sur les connaissances politiques, scientifiques et sociales actuelles, et \u00eatre encore mieux adapt\u00e9e aux besoins des entreprises. \"Pour que nous puissions atteindre les objectifs climatiques ambitieux, nous avons besoin d'innovation et d'une mise en r\u00e9seau avec l'\u00e9conomie\", explique Ren\u00e9 Estermann, directeur de la protection de l'environnement et de la sant\u00e9 de Zurich. \"L'\u00e9co-compas favorise le transfert de connaissances n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cet effet avec les entreprises\".<\/p>\n
