(Graphique : Jobcloud)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les personnes qui s'informent sur les postes vacants le font g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en ligne via des portails d'emploi comme jobs.ch : au cours des 12 derniers mois, une grande majorit\u00e9 de 68% de toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es a utilis\u00e9 des portails en ligne pertinents pour trouver des emplois passionnants - environ 2% de plus que l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Viennent ensuite les sites d'emploi des entreprises qui recrutent (52% en 2018 contre 49% en 2017) et le r\u00e9seau personnel d'amis et de connaissances (2018 : 47%, 2017 : 45%). Les journaux et les magazines continuent de se maintenir dans la moyenne. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme Xing, Facebook ou LinkedIn progressent certes de 5%, mais avec 28%, ils sont globalement moins pertinents pour la recherche d'emploi. Les agences de recrutement et les offices r\u00e9gionaux de placement (ORP) ne figurent pas non plus en t\u00eate de l'\u00e9chelle de popularit\u00e9 pour la recherche d'emploi.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Le r\u00e9seau personnel reste important malgr\u00e9 la num\u00e9risation<\/h2>\n<p>Le cercle d'amis et de connaissances jouit d'une grande cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des demandeurs d'emploi et est souvent pris en compte dans la recherche. Environ 32% des demandeurs d'emploi interrog\u00e9s en Suisse al\u00e9manique qui ont trouv\u00e9 un nouvel emploi l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re l'ont trouv\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur r\u00e9seau personnel, indiquent les auteurs de l'\u00e9tude. \"Le r\u00e9seau personnel peut \u00eatre un bon compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 la recherche d'emploi en ligne\", explique Renato Profico, CEO de JobCloud. \"Souvent, les demandeurs d'emploi prennent connaissance en ligne d'un poste passionnant. Ils demandent alors \u00e0 des connaissances qui travaillent dans l'entreprise qui publie l'offre ou qui ont de bonnes relations avec elle de les recommander. Les contacts personnels restent donc pertinents pour une recherche d'emploi r\u00e9ussie et sont tr\u00e8s utiles pour beaucoup\".<\/p>\n<h2>Les candidatures spontan\u00e9es aboutissent surtout chez les Romands<\/h2>\n<p>Le R\u00f6stigraben se manifeste dans les candidatures spontan\u00e9es : Si en Suisse al\u00e9manique, seuls 5% des demandeurs d'emploi qui ont trouv\u00e9 un nouveau job l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re l'ont obtenu par candidature spontan\u00e9e, ils \u00e9taient 20% en Suisse romande. Mais les Romands ont d\u00fb envoyer deux fois plus de candidatures que les Al\u00e9maniques pour leur prochain emploi (11,6 contre 24,5).<\/p>\n<h2>jobs.ch et jobup.ch sont les portails en ligne les plus populaires pour la recherche d'emploi<\/h2>\n<p>Sans surprise, les demandeurs d'emploi attendent d'un portail en ligne un grand choix d'offres d'emploi actuelles et de qualit\u00e9. Les Romands attachent en outre une importance particuli\u00e8re au fait de pouvoir d\u00e9poser un CV et de le faire trouver par des recruteurs, m\u00eame s'ils ne sont pas en recherche active d'emploi. Tant en Suisse romande qu'en Suisse al\u00e9manique, les portails d'emploi JobCloud sont les points de contact les plus connus et les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s : jobs.ch en Suisse al\u00e9manique, jobup.ch en Suisse romande.
