En tant qu'entrepreneur, quelle t\u00e2che ne peut pas \u00eatre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e ? La gestion de soi. Un th\u00e8me souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 dans le quotidien des PME, mais qui est pourtant d'une importance capitale pour le bien-\u00eatre de l'entreprise, mais aussi de sa propre personne. Le nouveau guide d'OBT AG et de l'Institut suisse pour les PME et l'entrepreneuriat de l'Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall met l'accent sur la t\u00e2che centrale de l'autogestion consciente des entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

L'autogestion est bien plus qu'une bonne gestion du temps. Elle comprend des aspects essentiels tels que la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des t\u00e2ches, la hi\u00e9rarchisation des activit\u00e9s, la gestion des distractions et l'\u00e9quilibre entre les diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s. L'objectif est d'organiser son activit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'elle serve durablement les entreprises et les entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Le guide s'adresse sp\u00e9cialement aux entrepreneurs de PME. Il les invite \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leurs propres comp\u00e9tences de direction, \u00e0 y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et \u00e0 les renforcer activement en leur proposant des suggestions et diff\u00e9rentes solutions. Il ne s'agit pas d'une approche th\u00e9orique, mais d'une approche pratique, avec des questions claires, des conseils et des approches d'entrepreneurs de PME suisses, et des pistes de r\u00e9flexion concr\u00e8tes pour faire le point sur sa situation personnelle. Le guide donne notamment la parole \u00e0 Fernando Carlen (partenaire chez Avenir Group), Sandro Keller (H\u00e4lg Group), Nils Planzer (Planzer Transport) ou Isabel Schorer (Pace Commnication AG). Ils s'expriment, tout comme d'autres entrepreneurs, dans des d\u00e9clarations sinc\u00e8res sur les exp\u00e9riences qu'ils ont v\u00e9cues.<\/p>\n
