(Image : Sharp)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Les imprimantes non s\u00e9curis\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent toujours une cybermenace souvent sous-estim\u00e9e pour les PME suisses, comme le prouvent les r\u00e9sultats d'une enqu\u00eate de Sharp. 44 pour cent des 1001 employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s dans des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) suisses ont ainsi d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur entreprise ne mettait pas en \u0153uvre de mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique sp\u00e9cifiques aux imprimantes. Dans un monde o\u00f9 les cyber-attaques sont devenues presque quotidiennes, cette n\u00e9gligence en mati\u00e8re d'imprimantes repr\u00e9sente un risque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Le manque de compr\u00e9hension conduit \u00e0 une protection insuffisante<\/h3>\r\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me ne r\u00e9side pas tant dans les appareils eux-m\u00eames, qui peuvent \u00eatre solidement prot\u00e9g\u00e9s contre les attaques de l'ext\u00e9rieur par quelques r\u00e9glages techniques de base. C'est plut\u00f4t la compr\u00e9hension fondamentale qui fait souvent d\u00e9faut : la plupart des employ\u00e9s de bureau n'ont toujours pas conscience du fait qu'une imprimante est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de son propre disque dur et de nombreuses interfaces r\u00e9seau et qu'elle peut effectivement \u00eatre pirat\u00e9e. Selon une enqu\u00eate, seuls 15 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es font le lien entre leur imprimante de bureau et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le sujet reste \u00e9galement majoritairement absent des formations \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique : Seuls 19 % des collaborateurs ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s, dans le cadre de formations, des cyber-risques potentiels li\u00e9s \u00e0 des imprimantes non prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il n'est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que de nombreux employ\u00e9s ne se soucient gu\u00e8re de l'imprimante de bureau dans leur travail quotidien, et encore moins de leur propre utilisation : 33% des personnes interrog\u00e9es impriment par exemple des fichiers qu'elles envoient par e-mail depuis leur bureau \u00e0 domicile sur des imprimantes d'entreprise au bureau, o\u00f9 ils restent longtemps sans surveillance dans le bac de sortie. 27 % utilisent pour cela des cl\u00e9s USB personnelles, sans \u00eatre conscients des risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui y sont li\u00e9s, et seuls 21 % reconnaissent que les impressions laiss\u00e9es sans surveillance dans le bac de sortie d'une imprimante pourraient m\u00eame repr\u00e9senter un risque pour la protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Sensibiliser et prendre des dispositions techniques<\/h3>\r\n<p>\"Les imprimantes sont rarement per\u00e7ues comme un risque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le travail quotidien et sont donc souvent mal prot\u00e9g\u00e9es, ce dont profitent les cybercriminels. Pourtant, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des imprimantes n'a rien de sorcier : les entreprises devraient proc\u00e9der aux configurations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires, maintenir les logiciels de leurs scanners et imprimantes \u00e0 jour et effectuer des sauvegardes r\u00e9guli\u00e8res - ce qui permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 d'obtenir une protection de base solide\", explique Fran\u00e7ois M\u00fcller, COO de Sharp Electronics Suisse.<\/p>\r\n<p>\"En outre, les entreprises devraient introduire des normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 uniformes pour les \u00e9quipes travaillant en mode hybride et sensibiliser davantage leurs collaborateurs aux questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9es aux MFP\", poursuit Fran\u00e7ois M\u00fcller. \"Cela commence par exemple par le fait que les impressions et les copies confidentielles ne doivent pas \u00eatre laiss\u00e9es sans surveillance dans le bac de sortie du MFP ou \u00eatre jet\u00e9es sans \u00eatre s\u00e9curis\u00e9es. Outre le manque de pr\u00e9cautions techniques, ce sont souvent ces pr\u00e9tendues futilit\u00e9s qui augmentent significativement le risque de perte de donn\u00e9es ou d'abus par des personnes non autoris\u00e9es.
