(Graphique : Jobcloud)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La Suisse se classe au 8e rang d'une \u00e9tude du Boston Consulting Group (BCG) et de The Network (alliance des principaux portails d'emploi en ligne, dont JobCloud fait partie) sur les pays de destination les plus pris\u00e9s par les travailleurs \u00e9trangers. Par rapport \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de l'\u00e9tude en 2014, cela signifie une perte de trois places pour la Suisse. La Suisse a notamment perdu de son attractivit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des Russes, des Chinois et des Am\u00e9ricains, mais aussi des Italiens et des Allemands. En 2014, la Suisse \u00e9tait encore la destination pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des Allemands, mais elle se place d\u00e9sormais derri\u00e8re les \u00c9tats-Unis. <\/span>Les pays les plus populaires dans l'ensemble sont les \u00c9tats-Unis, l'Allemagne et le Canada. La Grande-Bretagne est la grande perdante du top 10 (de la deuxi\u00e8me place en 2014 \u00e0 la cinqui\u00e8me place en 2018). Le Brexit n'est peut-\u00eatre pas \u00e9tranger \u00e0 cette situation. L'Espagne et l'Australie font les plus grands bonds en avant dans le top 10 (l'Australie passe de la 7e \u00e0 la 4e place, l'Espagne de la 8e \u00e0 la 6e place).<\/p>\n<h2>Les Suisses pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient aller aux Etats-Unis - ou rester en Suisse<\/h2>\n<p>Le souhait des travailleurs en Suisse de travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger a drastiquement diminu\u00e9 : Alors qu'en 2014, 77% exprimaient encore le souhait de travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, ils ne sont plus que 60% en 2018. Ce chiffre reste toutefois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne internationale de 58%. (Graphique : Jobcloud)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Selon l'\u00e9tude, les employ\u00e9s en Suisse accordent une importance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne \u00e0 l'\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e et \u00e0 de bonnes relations de travail\", explique Renato Profico, <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">CEO de JobCloud (jobs.ch \/ jobup.ch), l'entreprise leader sur le march\u00e9 de l'emploi num\u00e9rique en Suisse et membre de \"The Network\". <\/span>\"Apparemment, de moins en moins de personnes souhaitent mettre en p\u00e9ril ces facteurs pour un poste \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aussi li\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en place d'un nouvel environnement et d'une autre ambiance de travail\". Ceux qui font le saut \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger le font en premier lieu pour \u00e9largir leur horizon personnel, pour acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle ou pour d\u00e9couvrir une autre culture. Rares sont ceux qui partent \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un meilleur niveau de vie ou d'un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ces facteurs sont pourtant particuli\u00e8rement importants pour les travailleurs d'autres pays lorsqu'ils d\u00e9cident d'aller travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger ou non.<\/p>\n<h2>La Suisse particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e en France, les \u00c9tats-Unis num\u00e9ro 1 en Suisse<\/h2>\n<p>O\u00f9 vont les travailleurs suisses ? Ce ne sont pas les pays voisins qui sont particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s, mais les \u00c9tats-Unis et le Canada, suivis de l'Allemagne, seul pays voisin, puis de l'Australie, un autre pays d'outre-mer. L'espace anglophone semble donc \u00eatre nettement plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 que les pays o\u00f9 l'on parle les langues nationales suisses.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, certains de nos voisins s'installeraient en Suisse : la Suisse est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e des travailleurs fran\u00e7ais, bosniaques, serbes, italiens et tunisiens. Pour les personnes ayant des comp\u00e9tences dans les domaines de l'informatique, de l'ing\u00e9nierie, de la vente, de la num\u00e9risation et du management, le r\u00eave d'un emploi en Suisse peut se r\u00e9aliser particuli\u00e8rement rapidement : Les postes en Suisse dans ces domaines sont particuli\u00e8rement difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir, que ce soit avec des candidats nationaux ou \u00e9trangers. Environ 46% des recruteurs interrog\u00e9s affirment m\u00eame qu'il est devenu encore plus difficile de pourvoir des postes dans ces domaines au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
