(Graphique : Hays)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'index Hays des sp\u00e9cialistes (FKI) se base sur une \u00e9valuation trimestrielle de l'index Internet und Mediaforschung GmbH pour Hays. Sont prises en compte les offres d'emploi des bourses d'emploi en ligne les plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es, des quotidiens ainsi que du r\u00e9seau professionnel XING. En Suisse, l'index est \u00e9tabli depuis 2011 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 remani\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e. Il propose d\u00e9sormais, en plus des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9valuations sectorielles, un indice global de la demande globale deux fois par an. La valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est le premier trimestre 2015. En moyenne, la demande en Suisse a doubl\u00e9 depuis lors dans les secteurs couverts. Cette forte croissance est unique au niveau international. Par exemple, cette ann\u00e9e, l'indice en Allemagne est pass\u00e9 de 154 au T1 \u00e0 149 au T2, alors qu'en Suisse, il a augment\u00e9 de 181 \u00e0 197.<\/p>\n<h2>La mise en \u0153uvre de l'initiative contre l'immigration de masse montre ses effets<\/h2>\n<p>L'une des causes de la p\u00e9nurie accrue de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e pourrait \u00eatre la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 pourvoir les postes vacants dans notre pays apr\u00e8s l'acceptation de l'initiative contre l'immigration de masse. Bien que l'initiative populaire n'ait \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre que sous une forme att\u00e9nu\u00e9e, la barri\u00e8re psychologique \u00e0 la migration de l'\u00e9tranger vers la Suisse a augment\u00e9. Parall\u00e8lement, les possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de promotion dans les pays voisins de la Suisse se sont nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es et le franc a perdu de sa valeur par rapport \u00e0 l'euro. D'un point de vue financier, il est donc moins int\u00e9ressant aujourd'hui de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager en Suisse qu'il y a quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e dans presque tous les secteurs<\/h2>\n<p>Le FKI permet de chiffrer et de visualiser la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 souvent cit\u00e9e. Dans le domaine de l'ing\u00e9nierie, l'indice est pass\u00e9 de 186 points auparavant \u00e0 192 points au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre. En chiffres absolus, cela signifie que 4429 ing\u00e9nieurs \u00e9taient recherch\u00e9s en Suisse au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2018. Parmi eux, 931 ing\u00e9nieurs en d\u00e9veloppement (par exemple pour la technique d'entra\u00eenement, l'automatisation, l'\u00e9lectrotechnique, le mat\u00e9riel informatique, la construction m\u00e9canique et la m\u00e9catronique) et 939 ing\u00e9nieurs en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Les effets de la num\u00e9risation se font ici sentir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span>Dans le FKI, le terme Finance d\u00e9signe le personnel acad\u00e9mique travaillant dans la comptabilit\u00e9 des entreprises et des banques, mais pas le secteur bancaire en tant que tel. Dans ce segment de comp\u00e9tences \u00e9galement, la demande a augment\u00e9 et a presque doubl\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode de trois ans. La num\u00e9risation ne s'est apparemment pas encore fait sentir dans ce segment sous la forme d'une suppression de postes importante.<\/p>\n<h2>Les sp\u00e9cialistes de l'informatique et des sciences de la vie sont particuli\u00e8rement demand\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>La sp\u00e9cialisation IT est la cat\u00e9gorie professionnelle la plus demand\u00e9e. Au T2 2018, 18 715 postes acad\u00e9miques vacants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s. C'est ici que la demande de d\u00e9veloppeurs de bases de donn\u00e9es et de sp\u00e9cialistes de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a le plus augment\u00e9 au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (facteur 2,7), ce qui refl\u00e8te l'importance des th\u00e8mes particuli\u00e8rement actuels que sont le Big Data et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur des sciences de la vie a \u00e9galement connu un doublement de la demande au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Cet indice est le plus petit en chiffres absolus. Les qualifications de chimiste et de scientifique du vivant sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9es, ces derni\u00e8res ayant connu une croissance de la demande de 323 % depuis 2015.<\/p>\n<p>La demande de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en Sales &amp; Marketing a \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois par Hays pour la Suisse. Comme pour l'\u00e9volution de l'indice global, la demande de sp\u00e9cialistes a ici aussi quasiment doubl\u00e9.
