Les attentes des CFO concernant l'\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique en Suisse se sont sensiblement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es depuis le creux de la vague apr\u00e8s le choc douanier du printemps (voir figure 1), mais restent mod\u00e9r\u00e9es pour la Suisse : 37 pour cent s'attendent \u00e0 une \u00e9volution conjoncturelle n\u00e9gative ou tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gative, 24 pour cent sont d'avis positif ou tr\u00e8s positif, comme le montre la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate CFO de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'audit et de conseil Deloitte Suisse. 119 CFO de tous les secteurs importants et d'entreprises aussi bien cot\u00e9es que non cot\u00e9es ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9veloppements financiers : Seule la moiti\u00e9 des directeurs financiers sont optimistes<\/h3>\n

Une reprise se dessine \u00e9galement au niveau des entreprises. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (52%) des directeurs financiers interrog\u00e9s sont optimistes quant \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution financi\u00e8re de leur entreprise au cours des douze prochains mois, alors qu'ils \u00e9taient encore moins de la moiti\u00e9 (23%) en avril. 36 % s'attendent en outre \u00e0 une augmentation des marges.<\/p>\n

Des diff\u00e9rences flagrantes apparaissent dans l'\u00e9valuation des principaux partenaires commerciaux : Alors que les CFO continuent d'avoir une vision tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gative de l'\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique des \u00c9tats-Unis et de l'Allemagne pour les douze prochains mois (\u00c9tats-Unis : 62% n\u00e9gatif ou tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatif ; Allemagne : 48% n\u00e9gatif ou tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatif), ils jugent les perspectives pour la Chine beaucoup plus positives (39% positif ou tr\u00e8s positif).<\/p>\n

D\u00e9localisations d'emplois<\/h3>\n

Le franc fort et les taxes d'importation am\u00e9ricaines de 39 pour cent introduites en ao\u00fbt sur diff\u00e9rentes exportations suisses mettent la place \u00e9conomique suisse sous pression. Cela se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans la planification du personnel : plus d'un tiers des CFO interrog\u00e9s (37%) s'attendent donc \u00e0 ce que leur entreprise supprime des postes en Suisse au cours des douze prochains mois. Parall\u00e8lement, un nombre similaire (35%) s'attend \u00e0 ce que le nombre de leurs collaborateurs \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger augmente, ce qui laisse pr\u00e9sager une d\u00e9localisation des emplois \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n

\u00abAu niveau international, nous constatons de grandes incertitudes, mais les CFO sont relativement positifs malgr\u00e9 la situation exigeante. Le pass\u00e9 a montr\u00e9 que les entreprises suisses savent bien g\u00e9rer les situations difficiles et s'adapter. Elles comptent sur leur exp\u00e9rience et leur agilit\u00e9 pour relever les d\u00e9fis actuels. Il sera d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9cisif que les politiques am\u00e9liorent les conditions \u00e9conomiques et s'attaquent aux r\u00e9formes en suspens\u00bb, explique Alessandro Miolo, responsable Audit & Assurance chez Deloitte Suisse.<\/p>\n

Les risques mondiaux d\u00e9terminent le barom\u00e8tre des pr\u00e9occupations<\/h3>\n

Les principaux risques d'entreprise sont donc tous marqu\u00e9s par des facteurs internationaux : les d\u00e9fis g\u00e9opolitiques occupent toujours la premi\u00e8re place du barom\u00e8tre des pr\u00e9occupations des CFO interrog\u00e9s, suivis par les conflits commerciaux et les risques de change, qui ont fortement gagn\u00e9 en importance. L'affaiblissement du dollar am\u00e9ricain par rapport au franc suisse complique encore les conditions d'exportation.<\/p>\n

Davantage de libre-\u00e9change et garantie d'un march\u00e9 du travail lib\u00e9ral<\/h3>\n

Les entreprises r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 l'augmentation des obstacles au commerce principalement en adaptant leurs prix de vente (34%) et en r\u00e9duisant leurs co\u00fbts (27%). 9 % envisagent de d\u00e9localiser leur production \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger ou entre des sites \u00e9trangers. Parall\u00e8lement, de nombreux directeurs financiers consid\u00e8rent la crise actuelle comme une opportunit\u00e9 d'investir davantage dans la technologie et de nouveaux domaines d'activit\u00e9 afin de renforcer leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et leur r\u00e9silience \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n

En raison de facteurs externes, tels que les droits de douane am\u00e9ricains et les tensions g\u00e9opolitiques, la place \u00e9conomique suisse est soumise \u00e0 une forte pression. Les CFO interrog\u00e9s demandent donc des mesures cibl\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer l'attractivit\u00e9 de la place \u00e9conomique (voir figure 2). En premier lieu, ils demandent la poursuite des n\u00e9gociations pour r\u00e9duire les droits de douane am\u00e9ricains sur les exportations suisses et la conclusion d'autres accords de libre-\u00e9change avec d'autres \u00c9tats (55% d'avis favorables dans les deux cas). Vient ensuite la conclusion des nouveaux accords avec l'UE (51% d'approbation). La garantie du march\u00e9 du travail lib\u00e9ral suisse est tout de m\u00eame importante pour 44% des personnes interrog\u00e9es. D'autres mesures, comme la suspension de l'imp\u00f4t minimum de l'OCDE ou des all\u00e8gements fiscaux g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, ne sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme faisant partie du top 5 que par quelques CFO (18% chacun).<\/p>\n
