(Image : Green)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le fonds IFM Global Infrastructure Fund, conseill\u00e9 par IFM Investors, a rachet\u00e9 Green Group AG et ses filiales (\u201eGreen\u201c) \u00e0 l'investisseur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, InfraVia European Fund III, g\u00e9r\u00e9 par InfraVia Capital Partners. La transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e le 30 octobre 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Green, dont le si\u00e8ge social est en Suisse, planifie, d\u00e9veloppe et exploite des centres de donn\u00e9es de pointe pour les hyperscaleurs et les entreprises clientes. L'entreprise est leader sur le march\u00e9 suisse des services de centres de donn\u00e9es et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de contrats \u00e0 long terme avec des fournisseurs de cloud mondiaux ainsi que des clients d'entreprise. Depuis trois d\u00e9cennies, l'entreprise est \u00e9galement un fournisseur \u00e9tabli de services Internet et d'h\u00e9bergement web pour les particuliers et les PME.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance dans le domaine des centres de donn\u00e9es, Green a d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 son intention de s'\u00e9tendre \u00e0 d'autres march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens.
