Pr\u00e8s de 47 % des candidats indiquent que m\u00eame le manque de ponctualit\u00e9 du recruteur laisse une impression n\u00e9gative durable. Des petits d\u00e9tails qui, \u00e0 eux seuls, suffisent \u00e0 endommager la marque employeur. \u201eLes premi\u00e8res minutes d'un entretien peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9tonnamment d\u00e9cisives\u201c, explique Pip Wells, Senior Manager Future of Work Advisory chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robertwalters.ch\/\">Robert Walters<\/a>, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 internationale de conseil en recrutement. \u201eLes candidats per\u00e7oivent le ton, l'\u00e9nergie et les intentions et utilisent ces signaux pour d\u00e9cider s'ils se voient r\u00e9ussir dans cet environnement\u201c.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>La bonne impression commence bien avant l'entretien<\/h3>\n<p>La Candidate Experience commence bien avant la premi\u00e8re poign\u00e9e de main. Une communication claire et personnelle sur le lieu, l'heure et le d\u00e9roulement de l'entretien donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 le ton. Le jour de l'entretien, tout doit \u00eatre parfaitement organis\u00e9 : une salle propre, calme et bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9e - ou un fond neutre et professionnel si l'entretien a lieu en ligne. Et surtout, soyez ponctuel. Rien ne signale davantage un manque d'int\u00e9r\u00eat qu'un intervieweur press\u00e9 ou distrait. Ces petits gestes montrent que vous respectez le temps et l'engagement du candidat.<\/p>\n<h3>Cr\u00e9er un lien humain d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res minutes<\/h3>\n<p>Un accueil chaleureux peut faire la diff\u00e9rence. Un sourire, un mot gentil, une petite discussion informelle avant la partie officielle - des gestes simples qui d\u00e9tendent l'atmosph\u00e8re et aident le candidat \u00e0 se montrer sous son meilleur jour. Pendant l'entretien, le recruteur repr\u00e9sente l'entreprise. Montrez de l'enthousiasme pour le poste et la mission. Expliquez pourquoi ce r\u00f4le est important et comment il contribue au succ\u00e8s de l'organisation. Votre \u00e9nergie est contagieuse - un candidat inspir\u00e9 ne vous oubliera pas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Du jeu des questions-r\u00e9ponses au v\u00e9ritable dialogue<\/h3>\n<p>Trop d'entretiens d'embauche font penser \u00e0 des interrogatoires. Pourtant, les meilleurs talents recherchent le dialogue, pas un test. Posez des questions ouvertes - par exemple \u00abParlez-moi d'un projet dont vous \u00eates particuli\u00e8rement fier\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00c0 quoi ressemble pour vous un environnement de travail id\u00e9al ?\u00bb - et \u00e9coutez activement. Un ton humain et valorisant permet au candidat de s'exprimer librement et de percevoir la culture d'entreprise comme ouverte et respectueuse.<\/p>\n<h3>Une fin forte laisse une impression durable<\/h3>\n<p>Terminez l'entretien en laissant au candidat la possibilit\u00e9 de poser ses propres questions et en communiquant clairement les prochaines \u00e9tapes du processus.
