De nombreux entrepreneurs ont menac\u00e9 de quitter la r\u00e9gion si la charge fiscale des jeunes entreprises augmentait. Du point de vue des jeunes entrepreneurs, il n'\u00e9tait pas satisfaisant que les imp\u00f4ts sur la fortune pour les actions puissent, dans certaines circonstances, d\u00e9passer le revenu de base des jeunes entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, la direction des finances a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en mars dernier de ne taxer les jeunes entreprises que sur la valeur substantielle, nettement plus basse, pendant les trois \u00e0 cinq premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ce n'est qu'au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me phase que l'on \u00e9value combien d'argent d'investisseurs devrait \u00eatre impos\u00e9. Aujourd'hui, les dispositions sont encore plus modifi\u00e9es en faveur des jeunes entrepreneurs :<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9lai de gr\u00e2ce mentionn\u00e9 en premier lieu est prolong\u00e9. D\u00e9sormais, les jeunes entreprises seront impos\u00e9es plus favorablement jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles puissent pr\u00e9senter des r\u00e9sultats commerciaux repr\u00e9sentatifs. Les prix des investisseurs n'interviennent dans l'\u00e9valuation des actions qu'apr\u00e8s cette phase de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelle d\u00e9finition des start-ups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il n'\u00e9tait pas clair de savoir quelles entreprises \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des start-ups. Une d\u00e9finition fait \u00e9galement d\u00e9faut au niveau national. La nouvelle directive d\u00e9crit ces entreprises comme des \"soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de capitaux (SA ou S\u00e0rl) avec un mod\u00e8le d'entreprise innovant, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ax\u00e9 sur la technologie, qui est en cours de d\u00e9veloppement et qui est \u00e9volutif\".<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que : Les entreprises qui d\u00e9veloppent des produits ou des services technologiques innovants qui ne se sont pas encore \u00e9tablis sur le march\u00e9, mais qui sont con\u00e7us pour devenir commercialisables.
