(Image : depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique (OFS) distingue ces co\u00fbts non seulement selon le secteur \u00e9conomique, mais aussi selon la taille de l'entreprise. Dans les secteurs secondaire et tertiaire, l'OFS a calcul\u00e9 un co\u00fbt de 60,05 francs que co\u00fbte en moyenne une heure de travail en Suisse. C'est plus que lors de la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate de 2014, o\u00f9 l'heure co\u00fbtait encore 59,60 francs. Une fois de plus, c'est dans l'h\u00f4tellerie-restauration que l'heure de travail \u00e9tait la moins ch\u00e8re en 2016, avec 36,68 francs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diff\u00e9rence de co\u00fbt du travail <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les co\u00fbts du travail sont toutes les d\u00e9penses support\u00e9es par l'employeur. En Suisse, ils se composent \u00e0 79,9 % des salaires bruts. Les charges sociales des employeurs repr\u00e9sentent 16,9 %. Les co\u00fbts de formation professionnelle et de recrutement du personnel repr\u00e9sentent 3,2 %.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s des prestataires de services financiers et d'assurance sont en t\u00eate du tableau des co\u00fbts. Il leur en co\u00fbte 92,10 francs par heure. L'industrie financi\u00e8re est suivie par l'information et la communication avec 77,95 francs par heure et les activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, scientifiques et techniques avec 76,50 francs. Outre l'h\u00f4tellerie et la restauration, les co\u00fbts du travail dans les arts, spectacles et activit\u00e9s r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives (53,01 francs) et dans les autres services scientifiques (44,99) \u00e9taient \u00e9galement bas dans le secteur tertiaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diff\u00e9rences dans la taille des entreprises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt du travail varie \u00e9galement en fonction de la taille de l'entreprise. Dans les secteurs secondaire et tertiaire, le co\u00fbt par heure travaill\u00e9e \u00e9tait 25,8% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans les entreprises de 50 salari\u00e9s et plus (64,50 francs) que dans les petites entreprises de moins de 10 salari\u00e9s (50,35 francs). Ce r\u00e9sultat s'explique principalement par les grandes diff\u00e9rences de niveau de revenu, les salaires \u00e9tant en moyenne 22,8% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans les entreprises de 50 salari\u00e9s et plus que dans les petites entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Cette disparit\u00e9 ne s'observe toutefois pas dans tous les secteurs \u00e9conomiques et n'est pas li\u00e9e au niveau des co\u00fbts de la main-d'\u0153uvre. La taille de l'entreprise a peu d'influence sur le co\u00fbt par heure travaill\u00e9e, par exemple dans l'interm\u00e9diation financi\u00e8re, o\u00f9 le co\u00fbt de la main-d'\u0153uvre est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 4,6% dans les grandes entreprises, ou dans les autres activit\u00e9s de services administratifs et de soutien, o\u00f9 il est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 2,4% dans les entreprises de moins de 10 salari\u00e9s que dans celles de 50 salari\u00e9s ou plus.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rences dans le secteur tertiaire \u00e9taient donc bien plus marqu\u00e9es que dans la production. Dans le secteur tertiaire, la valeur moyenne \u00e9tait de 61,36 francs par heure.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, dans l'industrie et l'artisanat, c'est dans le secteur de la construction que les co\u00fbts du travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus bas, avec 51,71 francs par heure. Dans le secteur de l'\u00e9nergie, l'heure de travail co\u00fbtait 72,36 francs, soit le montant le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Dans les entreprises de plus de 50 employ\u00e9s, ils \u00e9taient en 2016 de 64,50 francs par heure, soit un bon quart de plus que dans les entreprises de moins de dix employ\u00e9s (50,35 francs).<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Suisse a son prix <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La raison de telles \u00e9volutions des co\u00fbts est que les salaires sont presque 23 pour cent plus bas dans les petites entreprises. Mais ce n'est pas le cas dans toutes les branches et tous les secteurs \u00e9conomiques : Dans les activit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et d'assurance ainsi que dans les activit\u00e9s de services administratifs et de soutien, les co\u00fbts du travail \u00e9taient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans les petites entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>En moyenne, dans l'UE, une heure co\u00fbtait 29,27 francs en 2016, selon le taux de change du jour (fin ao\u00fbt 2018). Le pays le plus cher \u00e9tait le Danemark avec 49,42 francs, le moins cher la Bulgarie avec 5 francs.
