Les achats effectu\u00e9s lors des journ\u00e9es promotionnelles sont avant tout motiv\u00e9s par des consid\u00e9rations pragmatiques : Beaucoup r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 des offres particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressantes ou profitent des journ\u00e9es promotionnelles pour faire leurs achats de No\u00ebl, d'autres sont frein\u00e9s par l'augmentation des co\u00fbts fixes tels que le loyer et les frais d'assurance. Les outils bas\u00e9s sur l'IA pour la recherche d'offres et les achats automatis\u00e9s suscitent certes de l'int\u00e9r\u00eat, mais se heurtent surtout au scepticisme des consommateurs suisses.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>L'envie de consommer reste \u00e0 un niveau mod\u00e9r\u00e9, on attend les meilleurs deals<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Parmi les personnes interrog\u00e9es, 33 % ach\u00e8tent moins d'objets non courants tels que des meubles, de l'\u00e9lectronique et des v\u00eatements que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, 52 % autant, et seulement 13 % plus. L'utilisation des journ\u00e9es d'action elles-m\u00eames semble \u00e9galement rester mod\u00e9r\u00e9e : Environ deux tiers de la population ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne rien avoir achet\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re lors des journ\u00e9es d'action et la plupart d'entre eux ne pr\u00e9voient pas d'agir cette ann\u00e9e non plus. Parmi les acheteurs de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, 35 % ont l'intention d'acheter moins, 45 % autant et seulement 8 % plus. La seule exception est la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z : plus d'un tiers (38 %) des 15-29 ans ont achet\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re lors des journ\u00e9es promotionnelles, et une partie de ce groupe se montre \u00e9galement plus dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 consommer cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00abL'\u00e9tude montre que de nombreux consommateurs en Suisse sont r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 d\u00e9penser\u00bb, explique Luca Pastorino, Area Vice President Data &amp; AI chez Salesforce Suisse. \u00abNos donn\u00e9es internes indiquent en revanche que de nombreux achats plus importants ou plus chers sont report\u00e9s aux jours de promotion, dans l'attente des meilleurs deals. Avec l'aide d'agents IA, les entreprises peuvent identifier ces mod\u00e8les et mener des strat\u00e9gies de personnalisation plus efficaces avec leurs offres - \u00e0 condition de disposer d'une base de donn\u00e9es de bonne qualit\u00e9\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Les journ\u00e9es promotionnelles pour les achats de No\u00ebl sont populaires, mais frein\u00e9es par la situation \u00e9conomique et la r\u00e9duction des besoins<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les principales raisons pour lesquelles les consommateurs font leurs achats lors des journ\u00e9es promotionnelles sont claires : environ 40 % indiquent que c'est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu'il y a les meilleures offres et 33 % profitent de l'occasion pour faire des achats de No\u00ebl - surtout au Tessin (41 %) et en Suisse romande (39 %), o\u00f9 les achats pour No\u00ebl sont prioritaires. Un autre quart cite l'augmentation des frais fixes comme motivation de compensation.<\/p>\r\n<p>D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les obstacles apparaissent tout aussi clairement : 38 % n'ont actuellement pas besoin de nouveaux produits, 31 % se sentent frein\u00e9s par un budget plus serr\u00e9 en raison de l'augmentation des frais fixes, 31 autres % souhaitent consommer moins de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et 25 % re\u00e7oivent des offres attractives tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>La tendance reste la m\u00eame : La Suisse al\u00e9manique et la Suisse romande privil\u00e9gient l'\u00e9lectronique, au Tessin la mode est la plus pris\u00e9e pour les bonnes affaires<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>L'\u00e9lectronique reste clairement la cat\u00e9gorie la plus populaire lors des journ\u00e9es promotionnelles (60 %), suivie de la mode (36 %) et des articles de sport (20 %). Il existe toutefois des diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales : Au Tessin, ce sont les v\u00eatements et les accessoires qui sont mis en avant, tandis que la Suisse al\u00e9manique privil\u00e9gie l'\u00e9lectronique (63 %). En Suisse romande, les deux cat\u00e9gories de produits sont pratiquement au m\u00eame niveau de popularit\u00e9, 52 % des Romands misent sur l'\u00e9lectronique, 51 % sur la mode. Les articles de sport arrivent en troisi\u00e8me position dans les trois r\u00e9gions linguistiques.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>L'IA ouvre de nouvelles voies aux entreprises<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>27 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 des outils bas\u00e9s sur l'IA comme ChatGPT, Gemini ou Copilot pour trouver des offres. Ce sont surtout les jeunes adultes (15-29 ans) qui le font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (16 %). En comparaison r\u00e9gionale, la Suisse romande (36 %) et le Tessin (30 %) utilisent beaucoup plus l'IA pour la recherche d'offres que la Suisse al\u00e9manique (24 %).<\/p>\r\n<p>Mais la disposition \u00e0 laisser l'IA effectuer automatiquement de petits achats d\u00e8s que des articles d\u00e9finis b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'une r\u00e9duction est faible : 71 % des Romands, 62 % des Suisses al\u00e9maniques et 56 % des Tessinois s'y opposent. En fonction du sexe, 92 % des femmes et 80 % des hommes n'autoriseraient pas de tels achats automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00abLe potentiel est clair, mais la confiance et la transparence sont essentielles\u00bb, explique Pastorino. \u00abLes entreprises peuvent utiliser l'IA pour faire \u00e9voluer les offres de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e, all\u00e9ger les services clients et am\u00e9liorer le parcours client.
