Une situation agr\u00e9able, mais aussi dangereuse. Car, comme le dit Bruno Aregger : \"Les entrepreneurs qui r\u00e9ussissent \u00e0 long terme font preuve chaque jour d'un besoin d'optimisation. Ils savent qu'il est dangereux de se reposer sur ses lauriers. Mais se reposer ne doit pas forc\u00e9ment devenir de la paresse. Il est toutefois difficile de trouver la bonne mesure, car la limite se d\u00e9place souvent insidieusement, et l\u00e0 encore, on voit rarement sa propre paresse arriver. A cela s'ajoute le fait que ton propre environnement renforce encore ta paresse, car tes collaborateurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent eux aussi un environnement calme et \u00e9viter l'inhabituel. En m\u00eame temps, les co\u00fbts fixes augmentent, car tout le monde s'habitue rapidement et volontiers \u00e0 un certain confort\".<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">Ne tombez pas dans le pi\u00e8ge de la paresse<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Mais comment ne pas tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge de la paresse ? Bruno Aregger recommande aux entrepreneurs de se poser de temps en temps des \"questions si\", comme par exemple : \"Et si<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tu serais absent en tant que titulaire pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 pendant au moins 3 mois ?<\/li>\n<li>quelqu'un de l'\u00e9quipe de direction restreinte d\u00e9missionnerait ?<\/li>\n<li>les deux clients les plus importants se retireraient d'un coup ?<\/li>\n<li>une nouvelle loi entrerait en vigueur, qui n'autoriserait plus la distribution du produit sous sa forme actuelle ?<\/li>\n<li>une nouvelle entreprise num\u00e9rique vous concurrencerait beaucoup moins cher via une plateforme en ligne\" ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">En outre, cela aide aussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une culture de l'erreur ouverte et v\u00e9cue. \"Cela signifie que l'on peut et doit m\u00eame faire des erreurs.
