L'ancien conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Kaspar Villiger a prononc\u00e9 l'\u00e9loge fun\u00e8bre de Sergio Ermotti. Il a rendu hommage \u00e0 Sergio Ermotti en tant que leader qui \u00ab a men\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re convaincante l'int\u00e9gration complexe du Credit Suisse dans l'UBS \u00bb. Kaspar Villiger a particuli\u00e8rement soulign\u00e9 le leadership de Sergio Ermotti, fond\u00e9 sur la confiance, le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s et une culture d'entreprise coh\u00e9rente, et a mis en avant son attitude claire, \u00e9thique et fiable.<\/p>\r\n

Le conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Albert R\u00f6sti a rendu hommage \u00e0 l'entrepreneur Walter Frey, qui, avec son groupe Emil Frey, \u00ab a r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 l'importation automobile en Suisse \u00bb. Malgr\u00e9 la taille de l'entreprise, qui compte environ 26 000 employ\u00e9s, celle-ci est rest\u00e9e une entreprise familiale discr\u00e8te. Il a d\u00e9crit M. Dans son discours de remerciement, Walter Frey a soulign\u00e9 la force de la Suisse en tant que site \u00e9conomique : \u00ab La Suisse a les pieds sur terre. \u00bb C'est en partie une question de chance, mais surtout le fruit du travail acharn\u00e9 de ceux qui nous ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une base stable. La rel\u00e8ve le rend particuli\u00e8rement optimiste : \u00ab Quand je vois nos apprentis et ce qu'ils accomplissent, je suis convaincu que la Suisse a un bel avenir devant elle. \u00bb<\/p>\r\n

Sergio Ermotti a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 sa motivation personnelle. \u00ab Pour moi, un verre n'est pas \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 plein, mais toujours plein. \u00bb Au sujet des sp\u00e9culations concernant un \u00e9ventuel changement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence du conseil d'administration, il a soulign\u00e9 que sa mission chez UBS n'\u00e9tait pas encore accomplie. \u00ab Je vais d'abord terminer mon travail, ensuite seulement j'envisagerai un changement. \u00bb<\/p>\r\n

Le prix est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par un jury compos\u00e9 de personnalit\u00e9s \u00e9minentes de l'\u00e9conomie et de la politique suisses, parmi lesquelles l'ancienne conseill\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9rale Doris Leuthard, Patrick Odier (Lombard Odier), Martin Naville, Bj\u00f8rn Johansson, Barbara Rigassi-Schneeberger et Dirk Sch\u00fctz (BILANZ).
