Sous la devise \"Courir au lieu de jouer au golf\", la Swiss Management Run offre chaque ann\u00e9e une plateforme exclusive pour faire du sport et \u00e9changer avec des cadres et des contacts commerciaux. La r\u00e9gion d'Arosa offre \u00e0 chaque fois aux participants la possibilit\u00e9 d'organiser des r\u00e9unions d'affaires individuelles et des incentives.<\/p>\n

Prendre des d\u00e9cisions en \u00e9quipe<\/h2>\n

L'\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e a eu lieu le 14 septembre. \"Une direction r\u00e9ussie est un marathon de groupe et nous ne devons pas l'oublier dans le management\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Bernhard Heusler, pr\u00e9sident d'honneur du FC B\u00e2le et partenaire chez HWH. Il a mis en \u00e9vidence l'importance de prendre des d\u00e9cisions communes en \u00e9quipe et d'en assumer les cons\u00e9quences. La SRG SSR a \u00e9galement pris une d\u00e9cision commune en faveur d'une r\u00e9forme stricte. Bakel Walden, directeur du d\u00e9veloppement et de l'offre, d\u00e9crit le vote \"No Billag\", malgr\u00e9 son issue positive, comme une \"exp\u00e9rience de mort imminente\". Dans ce marathon du changement, il consid\u00e8re que la SSR est encore au d\u00e9but de la course : \"Nous avons tout juste atteint le kilom\u00e8tre 4,5\". Tant Heusler que Walden ont soulign\u00e9, ind\u00e9pendamment l'un de l'autre, l'importance d'une saine distance par rapport aux critiques n\u00e9gatives de l'ext\u00e9rieur. Il ne faut pas essayer de plaire \u00e0 tous les \"r\u00e2leurs\". \"Si nous, \u00e0 la SSR, pouvions marcher sur l'eau, nos d\u00e9tracteurs diraient : ils ne savent m\u00eame pas nager\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Walden.<\/p>\n

Une approche ouverte des sujets critiques<\/h2>\n

Des relations r\u00e9ussies avec soi-m\u00eame, dans l'environnement priv\u00e9 et professionnel, sont la cl\u00e9 d'une vie r\u00e9ussie, estime Wolfgang Walter Wulle, Akilas Werte AG et conseiller en carri\u00e8re SKO.
