Afin d'\u00e9viter les conflits d'utilisation, par exemple dans les domaines de la protection des eaux souterraines, des sondes g\u00e9othermiques, des d\u00e9charges, de la mobilit\u00e9 dans le sous-sol, des lignes \u00e9lectriques, des conduites d'eau et de communication ou des parkings souterrains, les particuliers doivent \u00eatre tenus de mettre leurs informations g\u00e9ologiques \u00e0 la disposition des cantons et de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, comme l'\u00e9crit le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. De m\u00eame, les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ologiques issues des proc\u00e9dures d'approbation des plans doivent \u00eatre mises \u00e0 disposition. Avec la r\u00e9vision partielle pr\u00e9vue de la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur la g\u00e9oinformation (<a href=\"\/\/fedlex.data.admin.ch\/filestore\/fedlex.data.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2008\/388\/20091001\/de\/pdf-a\/fedlex-data-admin-ch-eli-cc-2008-388-20091001-de-pdf-a.pdf\">Loi sur la g\u00e9oinformation<\/a>La loi sur la g\u00e9oinformation (LG\u00e9o) cr\u00e9e les bases juridiques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cet effet, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La probl\u00e9matique des donn\u00e9es est r\u00e9gl\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La loi sur la g\u00e9oinformation r\u00e9glemente d\u00e9sormais la collecte et le regroupement des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ologiques au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Le projet met en \u0153uvre les conclusions du rapport du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en r\u00e9ponse au postulat 16.4108 Vogler du 16 d\u00e9cembre 2016. Le postulat demandait \u00e0 l'ex\u00e9cutif d'indiquer dans un rapport quelles conditions de fait, juridiques et \u00e9ventuellement autres doivent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es en lien avec l'am\u00e9nagement du territoire dans le sous-sol pour que les informations g\u00e9ologiques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cet effet puissent \u00eatre collect\u00e9es et regroup\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral avait approuv\u00e9 fin 2018 le rapport \u00e9labor\u00e9 sous la direction de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du d\u00e9veloppement territorial et de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de topographie Swisstopo. Swisstopo a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de pr\u00e9parer l'adaptation de la loi sur la g\u00e9oinformation (cf.\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.newsd.admin.ch\/newsd\/message\/attachments\/66642.pdf\">Modification de la loi sur la g\u00e9oinformation - Rapport explicatif sur le projet mis en consultation)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Bund<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00fcr die Raumplanung im Untergrund fehlen heute die notwendigen raumbezogenen geologischen Informationen.
