En 2026, les entreprises suisses seront confront\u00e9es \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis : les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du baby-boom n\u00e9s jusqu'en 1964 prendront leur retraite l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, laissant derri\u00e8re eux des vides consid\u00e9rables dans des fonctions cl\u00e9s. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la force du franc suisse p\u00e8se sur les entreprises exportatrices. Celles-ci doivent souvent choisir entre augmenter leurs prix \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, au risque de perdre des parts de march\u00e9, ou se contenter de marges plus faibles. \u00c0 cela s'ajoutent les cons\u00e9quences des droits de douane punitifs impos\u00e9s par les \u00c9tats-Unis, qui non seulement rench\u00e9rissent les exportations suisses vers les \u00c9tats-Unis, mais compliquent \u00e9galement les processus op\u00e9rationnels. Patrick Sommer, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de CNT Management Consulting, sait d'exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 quoi les entreprises suisses sont actuellement confront\u00e9es : \u00ab Les droits de douane d\u00e9clenchent un cauchemar bureaucratique : les entreprises doivent prouver sans faille d'o\u00f9 provient chaque petite vis \u00bb, explique-t-il. \u00ab Les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires doivent \u00eatre compens\u00e9s soit par des augmentations de prix, soit par une r\u00e9duction des marges. Dans le m\u00eame temps, une pression politique s'exerce pour v\u00e9rifier si une d\u00e9localisation de la production aux \u00c9tats-Unis est plus int\u00e9ressante \u00e9conomiquement \u00e0 long terme que le maintien en Suisse. \u00bb Il estime que de nombreuses entreprises se trouvent dans une situation d\u00e9licate : \u00ab D'une part, elles doivent planifier leurs ressources humaines avec prudence et tenir compte de la vague de d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite \u00e0 venir ainsi que des probl\u00e8mes d'exportation. D'autre part, elles ne doivent pas se laisser distancer sur le plan technologique. Cela signifie qu'elles doivent int\u00e9grer des solutions num\u00e9riques dans leurs syst\u00e8mes existants, investir dans l'IA et former leurs collaborateurs de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/p>\r\n

La bureaucratie limite la marge de man\u0153uvre, en particulier pour les PME<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Les d\u00e9cisions politiques telles que les r\u00e9centes sanctions douani\u00e8res am\u00e9ricaines renforcent l'incertitude pour les entreprises suisses : elles compliquent la planification \u00e0 long terme, imposent des ajustements de co\u00fbts permanents et constituent ainsi un risque commercial. Malgr\u00e9 la pression croissante en faveur de la modernisation, de nombreuses entreprises ne disposent pas des moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour mener \u00e0 bien les projets de num\u00e9risation et d'automatisation qui s'imposent de toute urgence. \u00ab Bien que la plupart des entreprises soient conscientes que l'innovation num\u00e9rique renforcerait leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, les co\u00fbts salariaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s, les investissements importants dans la durabilit\u00e9 et la situation \u00e9conomique tendue font souvent obstacle \u00e0 de tels projets \u00bb, explique l'expert de CNT Management Consulting. Les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) sont particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9es par cette situation suppl\u00e9mentaire. Les exigences croissantes en mati\u00e8re d'ESG et de durabilit\u00e9 leur imposent de fournir des donn\u00e9es que les grands groupes consid\u00e8rent aujourd'hui comme indispensables, notamment l'empreinte carbone des produits, les certificats d'origine ou les informations sur la fiabilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement. \u00ab De nombreuses PME ne disposent pas de ces informations ou doivent les collecter manuellement, ce qui prend beaucoup de temps. Cela mobilise du personnel d\u00e9j\u00e0 rare et co\u00fbte un temps pr\u00e9cieux dans les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes \u00bb, explique M. Sommer.<\/p>\r\n

L'IA n'est pas un \u00ab gadget \u00bb : pourquoi elle doit aujourd'hui apporter un r\u00e9el soulagement <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Compte tenu de l'augmentation des co\u00fbts, de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre et des obligations croissantes en mati\u00e8re de reporting, la num\u00e9risation occupera une place plus importante en 2026. Pour de nombreuses entreprises, la question centrale est de savoir comment obtenir un rendement sup\u00e9rieur avec moins de personnel. Dans ce contexte, l'IA est devenue une condition essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des entreprises. M. Sommer pr\u00e9conise toutefois une approche cibl\u00e9e : \u00ab L'IA n'est pas un gadget, mais un outil qui apporte un soulagement mesurable en p\u00e9riode de p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e. \u00bb Il est donc essentiel de cr\u00e9er des applications concr\u00e8tes. Le Process Mining, par exemple avec SAP Signavio, permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence les goulots d'\u00e9tranglement, tandis que les processus num\u00e9riques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s r\u00e9duisent les temps d'attente et les sources d'erreurs. Cela n\u00e9cessite des processus rationalis\u00e9s et des donn\u00e9es fiables, car un mauvais processus reste mauvais, m\u00eame automatis\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n

Trois tendances pertinentes dans le secteur du conseil pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Dans son domaine d'expertise, le conseil ax\u00e9 sur la transformation num\u00e9rique des entreprises, M. Sommer, expert chez CNT, identifie trois tendances majeures. Premi\u00e8rement, lors de la mise en \u0153uvre de l'IA, l'accent doit \u00eatre mis sur le \u00ab retour sur investissement concret \u00bb : \u00ab Ce ne sont pas des strat\u00e9gies abstraites qui sont recherch\u00e9es, mais une mise en \u0153uvre op\u00e9rationnelle et mesurable de l'IA, qui promet un retour sur investissement clair et \u00e0 court terme \u00bb, explique M. Sommer. Deuxi\u00e8mement, les cabinets de conseil qui ne misent pas sur l'IA risquent de perdre rapidement leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. Et troisi\u00e8mement, selon M. Sommer, S\/4HANA Cloud doit r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 convaincre : \u00ab Les transformations SAP en cours doivent prouver qu'elles rationalisent r\u00e9ellement les processus et ne se contentent pas de moderniser l'informatique \u00bb, conclut M.
