(Graphique : Swisscanto)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de l'enqu\u00eate semestrielle Swisscanto CIO Survey r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la Banque cantonale de Zurich et Swisscanto montre comment les DSI suisses planifient leur allocation pour les six prochains mois et quelles classes d'actifs ils privil\u00e9gient. L'or se distingue comme la cat\u00e9gorie d'investissement la plus populaire, tandis que les obligations suisses recueillent le moins de suffrages. Au total, 130 CIO ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s entre le 24 novembre et le 8 d\u00e9cembre 2025, dont 51 ont r\u00e9pondu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les valeurs r\u00e9elles clairement avantag\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bien que le prix de l'or ait doubl\u00e9 au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, pr\u00e8s d'un tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es s'attendent \u00e0 une nouvelle forte hausse \u00e0 plus de 4 500 dollars l'once, et personne ne sous-pond\u00e8re l'or dans son portefeuille. Les fonds immobiliers suisses cot\u00e9s en bourse restent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s malgr\u00e9 des agios \u00e9lev\u00e9s, la majorit\u00e9 s'attendant \u00e0 des rendements positifs \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Obligations et devises<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les obligations en CHF et les obligations d'\u00c9tat mondiales sont clairement sous-pond\u00e9r\u00e9es par la plupart des CIO, car les rendements attendus sont jug\u00e9s peu attractifs dans le contexte actuel. En ce qui concerne les devises, le franc suisse reste la devise pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e avec 64 % des mentions, tandis que l'euro se distingue comme la devise \u00e9trang\u00e8re la plus attractive.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Actions IA et focus r\u00e9gional<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle, 45 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ne voient pas encore de bulle imminente, mais la majorit\u00e9 d'entre elles s'attendent \u00e0 une correction possible entre 2027 et 2030.
