Cette d\u00e9cision s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un processus ordonn\u00e9, les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts des clients restant enti\u00e8rement prot\u00e9g\u00e9s. Une solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e avec Alpian afin de garantir aux clients de radicant l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des solutions bancaires de pointe. Les deux conseils d'administration ont sign\u00e9 l'accord correspondant. La transition devrait se faire en douceur pour les clients et \u00eatre achev\u00e9e d'ici avril 2026. La transaction est soumise \u00e0 la conclusion de toutes les proc\u00e9dures relevant du droit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Alpian est une banque suisse soumise \u00e0 la surveillance de l'Autorit\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de surveillance des march\u00e9s financiers (FINMA). Elle appartient au groupe Intesa Sanpaolo, l'un des plus grands groupes bancaires d'Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Alpian combine de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique un compte bancaire pour l'usage quotidien avec des services d'investissement de premier ordre et des conseils personnalis\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tents. Pour nos clients, il s'agit l\u00e0 de la solution de succession id\u00e9ale.
