(Image : Depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aon Suisse SA et Libera SA ont publi\u00e9 conjointement les nouvelles bases techniques actuelles LPP 2025. Elles se fondent sur les donn\u00e9es de 14 grandes caisses de pension autonomes pour les ann\u00e9es 2020 \u00e0 2024. Les donn\u00e9es concernent environ 1,5 million d'assur\u00e9s actifs et 0,9 million de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de rentes.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, la tendance \u00e0 l'augmentation de l'esp\u00e9rance de vie des personnes assur\u00e9es dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle se confirme. Toutefois, avec 0,3 \u00e0 0,5 an pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 65 ans, l'augmentation de l'esp\u00e9rance de vie au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des p\u00e9riodes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Les veuves, en particulier, ont enregistr\u00e9 une esp\u00e9rance de vie \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 22,6 ans, qui a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le risque d'invalidit\u00e9 augmente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, la LPP 2025 montre \u00e9galement une augmentation de la probabilit\u00e9 moyenne d'invalidit\u00e9, ce qui constitue une diff\u00e9rence par rapport aux bases pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes LPP 2015 et LPP 2020. Il est frappant de constater que le nombre de cas d'invalidit\u00e9 augmente en particulier chez les assur\u00e9s de moins de 40 ans, tandis que le risque diminue chez les assur\u00e9s plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. La probabilit\u00e9 de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une rente de conjoint ou de partenaire en cas de d\u00e9c\u00e8s est rest\u00e9e stable pour les hommes, mais a augment\u00e9 pour les femmes. L'\u00e2ge des survivants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires n'a gu\u00e8re chang\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tables p\u00e9riodiques et g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les bases techniques LPP 2025 proposent \u00e0 la fois des tables p\u00e9riodiques et des tables g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles. Ces derni\u00e8res tiennent compte de l'augmentation pr\u00e9vue de l'esp\u00e9rance de vie sur la base des mod\u00e8les actualis\u00e9s de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique (OFS). Les caisses de pension qui utilisent les tables p\u00e9riodiques devraient enregistrer une augmentation des capitaux de pr\u00e9voyance pour les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de rentes, tandis qu'une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution est possible avec les tables g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles. Une autre nouveaut\u00e9 est la possibilit\u00e9 d'ajuster les chiffres de base \u00e0 l'aide de facteurs de pond\u00e9ration afin de faciliter les adaptations sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque caisse.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Donn\u00e9es pour les sp\u00e9cialistes de la pr\u00e9voyance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les bases reposent sur des donn\u00e9es empiriques, y compris celles issues de la p\u00e9riode d'observation 2020 et 2021 marqu\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie, sans corrections. En raison de l'incertitude quant au rythme d'augmentation de l'esp\u00e9rance de vie, la LPP 2025 permet en outre d'effectuer une comparaison \u00e0 l'aide de projections bas\u00e9es sur une variante du mod\u00e8le CMI.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la disposition des institutions de pr\u00e9voyance, des compagnies d'assurance et des experts en caisses de pension.
