En 2012 et 2015 d\u00e9j\u00e0, l'entreprise a consid\u00e9rablement renforc\u00e9 sa position sur le march\u00e9 suisse des logiciels RH et de gestion de la paie gr\u00e2ce aux rachats de Mirus Software AG et de Soreco HR AG.<\/p>\n<h2>\"Un concentr\u00e9 de comp\u00e9tences logicielles\"<\/h2>\n<p>Avec la derni\u00e8re acquisition de PerSal AG de Kriens, P&amp;I, dont le si\u00e8ge suisse se trouve \u00e0 Thalwil, ajoute une pi\u00e8ce importante du puzzle \u00e0 son portefeuille de produits actuel dans le segment de march\u00e9 des entreprises jusqu'\u00e0 500 collaborateurs, comme l'indique un communiqu\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias. Elle a repris l'ensemble des actions de PerSal AG au 01.10.2018. PerSal AG et le logiciel PerSal continueront d'exister en tant qu'entreprise et marque ind\u00e9pendantes, et le site et les collaborateurs seront repris sans changement par les nouveaux propri\u00e9taires. De m\u00eame, Fritz Achermann continuera d'assurer la direction de l'entreprise et de poursuivre de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re la philosophie de PerSal Software ainsi que le service d'assistance r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour sa qualit\u00e9 et sa fiabilit\u00e9, ajoute le communiqu\u00e9. \"Avec la fusion de P&amp;I, nous avons d\u00e9sormais la possibilit\u00e9 d'offrir une solution RH compl\u00e8te et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, dans laquelle l'ensemble du \"HR Life Cycle\" est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9, de la gestion des candidats \u00e0 la saisie des temps. Toute notre \u00e9quipe s'en r\u00e9jouit et nous sommes impatients de voir comment le march\u00e9 suisse des RH r\u00e9agira \u00e0 cette concentration de comp\u00e9tences logicielles\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Fritz Achermann sur demande. Christos Triadis, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de P&amp;I AG en Suisse, tire lui aussi un bilan positif : \"L'acquisition de PerSal AG va nous permettre de renforcer notre position sur le march\u00e9 des RH tout en l'\u00e9largissant de mani\u00e8re significative\". Pour P&amp;I AG, cette \u00e9tape repr\u00e9sente un gain important, poursuit Triadis.<\/p>\n<h2>Externalisation de la paie<\/h2>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 PerSal AG, issue de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \"Persoline AG\" fond\u00e9e en 1994, s'est fait un nom gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa longue exp\u00e9rience du march\u00e9 dans le domaine des RH et de la paie, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son logiciel standard flexible et hautement adaptable \"PerSal\" et \u00e0 ses solutions modulaires d'externalisation de la paie. La succursale suisse de P&amp;I, \u00e9galement fond\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, compte, avec PerSal AG, plus de 2200 entreprises parmi ses clients RH et Payroll. P&amp;I Suisse emploie 72 personnes r\u00e9parties sur 4 sites.
