Par ailleurs, les afflux dans les fonds durables existants ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la croissance, mais dans une moindre mesure. Le volume des fonds durables a augment\u00e9 de la coquette somme de 48% et repr\u00e9sente pour la premi\u00e8re fois plus de la moiti\u00e9 de l'ensemble du march\u00e9 suisse des fonds, soit 52% (2019 : 38%). \"Il s'agit d'une histoire \u00e0 succ\u00e8s qui se manifeste \u00e9galement par l'augmentation des volumes de placement durables des investisseurs institutionnels (+ 15 pour cent) ou des mandats durables (+ 29 pour cent)\", commente Sabine D\u00f6beli, CEO de SSF. Les pratiques de placement sont en outre de plus en plus sophistiqu\u00e9es : au total, 87 pour cent (2019 : 83 pour cent) du volume total des placements durables combinent deux approches de placement durable ou plus.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'impact investing gagne en importance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 de l'investissement durable est sur le point d'entrer dans une troisi\u00e8me \u00e8re. Le secteur financier qualifie cette \u00e9volution de \"finance durable 3.0\". Les crit\u00e8res ESG \u00e9tant aujourd'hui largement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les march\u00e9s financiers, les investisseurs sont de plus en plus amen\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer sur l'impact. L'\u00e9tude de cette ann\u00e9e montre \u00e9galement que les investisseurs s'orientent de plus en plus vers l'impact. Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me plus forte croissance, l'engagement ESG se classe d\u00e9sormais en deuxi\u00e8me position - une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La cat\u00e9gorie de l'impact investing pr\u00e9sente toujours le taux de croissance le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de toutes les approches de placement durable, avec 70 pour cent. Le fait que les investisseurs accordent de plus en plus d'importance \u00e0 l'impact se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans les mesures qu'ils prennent lorsque des entreprises de participation enfreignent les normes de durabilit\u00e9. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cela conduisait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l'exclusion de l'entreprise concern\u00e9e de l'univers de placement. En 2020, en revanche, la mesure la plus fr\u00e9quente prise tant par les gestionnaires de fortune que par les propri\u00e9taires d'actifs consistait \u00e0 intervenir et \u00e0 chercher le dialogue avec l'entreprise concern\u00e9e. Timo Busch, Senior Fellow au CSP et co-auteur de l'\u00e9tude, constate que \"l'approche du dialogue favorise un changement de comportement bien plus efficacement que les strat\u00e9gies de vente pures\".<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Certificats et labels de durabilit\u00e9 comme aide \u00e0 l'orientation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un contr\u00f4le ind\u00e9pendant des processus d'investissement est une \u00e9tape importante sur la voie de la transparence et de la confiance. Il est r\u00e9jouissant de constater que les certificats et labels de durabilit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendants sont de plus en plus accept\u00e9s. Alors que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, seuls six pour cent des fonds durables annonc\u00e9s portaient des labels certifi\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante, cette proportion a plus que quintupl\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2020, selon les donn\u00e9es disponibles. Concr\u00e8tement, 32 % du volume des fonds durables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 certifi\u00e9s l'an dernier par des tiers (par exemple le label FNG, le GRESB, le label ISR, LuxFlag). Le processus visant \u00e0 d\u00e9finir de mani\u00e8re uniforme et contraignante ce que signifie exactement le qualificatif \"durable\" n'est toutefois pas encore achev\u00e9 et n\u00e9cessite des efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires de la part des acteurs du march\u00e9, d'autant plus que les investisseurs attendent plus de clart\u00e9 et une meilleure transparence en mati\u00e8re de placements durables.
