Source : zvg<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>En 2026, Adagio fait passer son processus de certification \u00abGreen Key\u00bb, lanc\u00e9 en 2025, au niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Avec 20 nouveaux aparthotels certifi\u00e9s en 2026, ce sont d\u00e9sormais 78 \u00e9tablissements Adagio qui portent le label \u00abGreen Key\u00bb. Cela repr\u00e9sente 60 pour cent du portefeuille total d'Adagio. Cette dynamique s'inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 long terme : Adagio vise \u00e0 faire certifier 100 pour cent de ses sites par le label \u00abGreen Key\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Dynamique europ\u00e9enne sur tous les sites<\/h3>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00abGreen Key\u00bb, au cours de laquelle les \u00e9tablissements certifi\u00e9s en France ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement r\u00e9compens\u00e9s, a eu lieu la semaine derni\u00e8re \u00e0 Strasbourg. En 2026, 18 aparthotels Adagio suppl\u00e9mentaires en France ont re\u00e7u le label \u00abGreen Key\u00bb. Au niveau international, les 27 sites certifi\u00e9s se r\u00e9partissent dans dix pays, dont l'Allemagne, la Grande-Bretagne, la Belgique, les Pays-Bas, la Suisse ainsi que les \u00c9mirats arabes unis et le Qatar.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un total de 78 aparthotels certifi\u00e9s Adagio, 58 sont exploit\u00e9s directement par Adagio, 14 sont des \u00e9tablissements franchis\u00e9s et six sont des sites Master Franchise. Ce r\u00e9sultat refl\u00e8te l'engagement croissant de l'ensemble du r\u00e9seau en faveur de normes environnementales communes.<\/p>\n<h3>Des r\u00e9sultats mesurables dans sept domaines<\/h3>\n<p>\u00abGreen Key\u00bb est le premier label international de tourisme durable dans le secteur de l'h\u00e9bergement touristique et repose sur une approche transversale exigeante qui s'appuie sur sept grands domaines : Politique environnementale, Sensibilisation des clients, Gestion de l'\u00e9nergie, de l'eau et des d\u00e9chets, Achats responsables et Cadre de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Adagio, ces lignes directrices de certification se traduisent par des mesures concr\u00e8tes et mesurables qui sont mises en \u0153uvre sur place : La r\u00e9duction de la consommation d'\u00e9nergie est de 4 pour cent par appartement occup\u00e9. Les \u00e9conomies d'eau atteignent jusqu'\u00e0 5 pour cent par occupant sur les sites fran\u00e7ais. Plus de 20 tonnes de biod\u00e9chets sont recycl\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des partenariats locaux. Des appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers plus durables et une remise en \u00e9tat renforc\u00e9e par des r\u00e9parations soutiennent l'\u00e9conomie circulaire. Des mesures visant \u00e0 promouvoir la biodiversit\u00e9 urbaine et l'ancrage local compl\u00e8tent le concept.<\/p>\n<h3>Vers une norme durable<\/h3>\n<p>Le label \u00abGreen Key\u00bb est l'une des pierres angulaires de la strat\u00e9gie RSE d'Adagio, qui s'articule autour de l'engagement \u00abAgir pour la transition des villes\u00bb. Pour 2027, 28 nouvelles demandes de certification sont d'ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours. Au-del\u00e0 de la certification, la marque r\u00e9affirme son projet de faire de ce label un standard op\u00e9rationnel, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d\u00e8s la phase de planification des nouvelles ouvertures.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLe nombre croissant de sites certifi\u00e9s \u00bbGreen Key' refl\u00e8te l'engagement concret de nos \u00e9quipes et la continuit\u00e9 de notre strat\u00e9gie RSE.
