Une \u00e9tude de 3.235 textes de presse sur le plus grand portail allemand de relations publiques Presseportal.de montre de grandes diff\u00e9rences : les textes sur le divertissement sont bien compr\u00e9hensibles. En revanche, des domaines importants comme la sant\u00e9 utilisent souvent un langage administratif compliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude du fabricant munichois d'outils d'analyse de texte Wortliga a examin\u00e9 en novembre 2025 des textes issus de 109 domaines th\u00e9matiques sur Presseportal.de. R\u00e9sultat : seul environ un texte sur trois (33 pour cent) obtient un r\u00e9sultat bon ou acceptable en mati\u00e8re de lisibilit\u00e9. En revanche, 55 pour cent des communiqu\u00e9s ne sont que moyennement compr\u00e9hensibles et pr\u00e8s de 12 pour cent tombent dans la zone critique en dessous de 40 points.<\/p>\n<h3>Les sujets critiques ne passent pas<\/h3>\n<p>La diff\u00e9rence entre les th\u00e8mes est tr\u00e8s importante : les textes sur le th\u00e8me du divertissement (\u00abshow\u00bb) sont les plus clairs avec 63,8 points. Les communications des h\u00f4pitaux sont les moins bien not\u00e9es, avec seulement 36,4 points. C'est justement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la confiance est particuli\u00e8rement importante que les auteurs utilisent souvent des phrases passives compliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/verteilung.jpg\" alt=\"blanc, texte, police\" \/><figcaption>Source : zvg<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00abNous observons un grand foss\u00e9\u00bb, explique Gidon Wagner, directeur de la Wortliga. \u00abEn particulier dans des domaines sensibles comme la sant\u00e9, les finances ou les th\u00e8mes de crise, les exp\u00e9diteurs se cachent - peut-\u00eatre involontairement - derri\u00e8re des phrases alambiqu\u00e9es et un style nominal. Les auteurs utilisent ici le langage comme un instrument de distanciation plut\u00f4t que comme un pont vers le lecteur\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00abC'est un gros probl\u00e8me quand ce sont justement des sujets importants comme la sant\u00e9 ou les finances qui n'atteignent pas les gens avec un langage incompr\u00e9hensible\u00bb, explique Wagner. \u00abUne valeur de lisibilit\u00e9 de 36,4 pour les textes de presse des h\u00f4pitaux est le signe d'une tr\u00e8s mauvaise communication. Les lecteurs et les journalistes ont besoin de faits clairs plut\u00f4t que de phrases longues et compliqu\u00e9es\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>La complexit\u00e9 des sujets n'est pas une excuse<\/h3>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es contredisent le fait que les sujets complexes n\u00e9cessitent des textes compliqu\u00e9s. M\u00eame des sujets arides comme \u00ables prix des carburants\u00bb se retrouvent dans le peloton de t\u00eate de l'\u00e9tude. Il est toutefois frappant de constater que plus la nouvelle est d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able (par exemple les faillites), plus les phrases sont longues et bureaucratiques - au d\u00e9triment de la transparence, de la confiance et de la port\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des r\u00e9dactions.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ueberblick.jpg\" alt=\"Blue, capture d&#039;\u00e9cran\" \/><figcaption>Source : zvg<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Aper\u00e7u des r\u00e9sultats<\/h3>\n<p>L'analyse bas\u00e9e sur la formule de la Ligue des mots (\u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 100) montre les gagnants et les perdants de la qualit\u00e9 de la communication :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top 5 des cat\u00e9gories (meilleure compr\u00e9hension) :<\/strong> Show (score : 63,8), Bundesliga (score : 62,7), Production t\u00e9l\u00e9visuelle (score : 62,5), Prix du carburant (score : 62,5), C\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s (score : 61,5)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flop 5 cat\u00e9gories (Pire compr\u00e9hension) :<\/strong> Environnement (score : 37,4), Transport a\u00e9rien (score : 37,3), Juridiction (score : 37,2), Logistique (score : 36,9), H\u00f4pital (score : 36,4)<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude conseille aux entreprises d'\u00e9crire avec moins de mots principaux, plus de verbes et des phrases plus courtes.
