Plus de 200 d\u00e9cideurs informatiques et commerciaux de grandes et moyennes entreprises de l'espace germanophone ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet. L'enqu\u00eate empirique d\u00e9termine comment l'informatique locale va probablement \u00e9voluer au cours des dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. Sur cette base, elle fournit une image pr\u00e9cise de l'objectif organisationnel d'une entreprise num\u00e9rique et agile et formule des recommandations d'action concr\u00e8tes pour la mise en \u0153uvre op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La num\u00e9risation est l'affaire du chef<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus de 50 pour cent des entreprises interrog\u00e9es tiennent d\u00e9j\u00e0 compte des th\u00e8mes de la num\u00e9risation et de l'Internet des objets (IoT) dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de leur strat\u00e9gie commerciale, seules 20 pour cent environ ne pr\u00e9voient rien \u00e0 ce sujet. La pertinence qui en r\u00e9sulte se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans la responsabilit\u00e9 : la grande majorit\u00e9 consid\u00e8re que la responsabilit\u00e9 globale de la planification et de la mise en \u0153uvre des projets IoT incombe toujours \u00e0 leur CEO, et que seule une responsabilit\u00e9 partielle incombe au CIO. L'\u00e9tude contredit ainsi la tendance souvent postul\u00e9e d'un CDO (Chief Digital Officer) propre \u00e0 l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus de structures agiles n\u00e9cessaires dans l'entreprise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que si plus de 80% des personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent les structures agiles comme importantes ou tr\u00e8s importantes pour la num\u00e9risation d'une entreprise, moins de 25% de leur propre entreprise travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans des structures agiles. Pour l'avenir, on s'attend \u00e0 une proportion comprise entre 25 et 50 pour cent. \"Cela est d'autant plus surprenant que l'on aurait pu s'attendre \u00e0 un changement plus important en direction des principes agiles, car les entreprises devront \u00e0 l'avenir fonctionner selon deux \"modes de fonctionnement\" : Elles doivent continuer \u00e0 fournir des performances fiables dans leur c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier, mais elles doivent \u00e9galement adopter une approche centr\u00e9e sur le client.<\/p>\n<p>La force d'innovation et la rapidit\u00e9, telles que nous les connaissons dans les start-up. Et cela n'est possible qu'avec des structures agiles\", estime Carsten Glohr, Managing Partner chez Detecon et expert en strat\u00e9gies de num\u00e9risation, en analysant les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude. Les entreprises devraient donc \u00e9tablir l'agilit\u00e9 non seulement dans les processus, mais aussi de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente dans l'organisation structurelle, en cr\u00e9ant des \u00e9quipes num\u00e9riques en r\u00e9seau et interd\u00e9partementales, conseille Detecon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besoin accru de personnel qualifi\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon les participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude, l'IdO ne d\u00e9truit pas d'emplois, bien au contraire. L'\u00e9tude le montre : L'automatisation et la num\u00e9risation entra\u00eenent au contraire une croissance consid\u00e9rable du personnel dans l'entreprise. Selon les pronostics, cette croissance pourrait atteindre dix pour cent par an. On recherche en particulier de toute urgence des \"comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques\", c'est-\u00e0-dire du personnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la num\u00e9risation. \"De tout nouveaux profils professionnels ont vu le jour, tels que 'Big Data Analyst' ou 'Social Media Manager'\", explique Carsten Glohr. \"Le fait que pr\u00e8s de 88 pour cent des entreprises souhaitent relever le d\u00e9fi de la num\u00e9risation en priorit\u00e9 en d\u00e9veloppant des comp\u00e9tences en interne, c'est-\u00e0-dire en embauchant des salari\u00e9s permanents, conforte cette th\u00e8se\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Variation dans tous les secteurs d'activit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il n'est pas surprenant que les entreprises s'attendent \u00e0 ce que l'impact de la num\u00e9risation soit le plus fort dans leurs d\u00e9partements informatiques. Les unit\u00e9s commerciales telles que le service, la logistique et la production revendiquent de plus en plus la souverainet\u00e9 sur l'informatique pour des raisons strat\u00e9giques, soutenues par des mod\u00e8les de cloud et de Software-as-a-Service. Selon l'\u00e9tude, cette \u00e9volution s'observe actuellement par exemple dans l'environnement marketing en ce qui concerne l'informatique des produits.
