Plus de 1 500 directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux des plus grandes entreprises du monde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude \"The Talent Shift\" de Korn Ferry. La grande majorit\u00e9 d'entre eux est consciente qu'il y aura \u00e0 l'avenir une p\u00e9nurie de professionnels talentueux. Malgr\u00e9 cela, les entreprises sont confiantes : 95 % sont certains que leur entreprise pourra combler le manque de personnel qualifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avenir. Pr\u00e8s de 75 % estiment en outre que la technologie remplacera de nombreux professionnels.<\/p>\n

Un changement structurel lourd de cons\u00e9quences<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Selon les experts, cette fa\u00e7on de penser peut co\u00fbter cher aux entreprises. La p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences n'est pas un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne passager, mais un changement structurel qui pourrait co\u00fbter aux entreprises pr\u00e8s de 8,5 billions de dollars de chiffre d'affaires perdu d'ici 2030. \"Les sp\u00e9cialistes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie commerciale et qui feront d\u00e9faut \u00e0 l'avenir pourraient devenir l'enjeu crucial de l'\u00e9poque et mettre en p\u00e9ril le PIB des nations et la rentabilit\u00e9 des entreprises\", d\u00e9clare Stefan Steger, pr\u00e9sident de Korn Ferry Suisse et Autriche.<\/p>\n

La planification du personnel doit devenir une priorit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Les p\u00e9nuries attendues ne se limitent pas \u00e0 une r\u00e9gion particuli\u00e8re. Par exemple, la Chine pourrait conna\u00eetre un d\u00e9ficit de 6,7 millions de travailleurs hautement qualifi\u00e9s d'ici 2030, tout comme les \u00c9tats-Unis avec 6,6 millions ou l'Allemagne avec un d\u00e9ficit de 2,5 millions de professionnels. Comme la majorit\u00e9 des cadres interrog\u00e9s ne situent pas ces p\u00e9nuries dans leurs propres entreprises, les experts craignent qu'elles n'investissent pas assez \u00e0 l'avenir dans des programmes internes de d\u00e9veloppement des talents ou dans la strat\u00e9gie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en mati\u00e8re de talents. \"Il est n\u00e9cessaire que les entreprises fassent de la planification future des ressources humaines leur priorit\u00e9 si elles veulent \u00e9viter d'\u00eatre limit\u00e9es dans leur travail \u00e0 l'avenir par un manque de comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires\", d\u00e9clare Stefan Steger. Selon lui, la p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences aura des r\u00e9percussions sur les salaires. Korn Ferry estime que la p\u00e9nurie mondiale de comp\u00e9tences pourrait faire grimper les salaires de 2,5 billions de dollars.<\/p>\n
