Seuls l'aveu d'une erreur et l'entretien de licenciement g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un stress similaire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Se montrer s\u00fbr de soi et confiant<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L'entretien salarial requiert une comp\u00e9tence que tout le monde ne ma\u00eetrise pas parfaitement : le sens de la n\u00e9gociation. M\u00eame si la premi\u00e8re demande est refus\u00e9e, les collaborateurs ne devraient pas abandonner leur requ\u00eate trop vite, r\u00e9v\u00e8le Azeri : \"Une trop grande retenue n'est pas la bonne voie. Les sup\u00e9rieurs s'attendent \u00e0 ce qu'apr\u00e8s un refus, les employ\u00e9s expriment \u00e0 nouveau leur souhait d'obtenir plus d'argent. En revanche, notre \u00e9tude montre que pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des employ\u00e9s attendent jusqu'\u00e0 un an avant de tenter une nouvelle approche\".<\/p>\n<p>Si le souhait d'un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 n'est pas satisfait, des prestations suppl\u00e9mentaires telles que des horaires de travail flexibles, des formations continues ou d'autres subventions pourraient \u00eatre ren\u00e9goci\u00e9es. En effet, de nombreux patrons se seraient \u00e9galement attendus \u00e0 cette r\u00e9action - mais \u00e0 peine un employ\u00e9 sur cinq l'a mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quatre conseils pour la n\u00e9gociation salariale<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Si l'on veut n\u00e9gocier un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, il faut tenir compte de certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments.
