Avec la publication de \u00abl'\u00e9tude suisse sur le cycle de vie des bureaux 2026\u00bb, Tradingzone documente l'impact de son activit\u00e9 de cycle de vie sur le march\u00e9 suisse des bureaux. L'analyse se base sur les donn\u00e9es de plus de 120 organisations de bureaux par an et montre : La r\u00e9utilisation syst\u00e9matique des \u00e9quipements de bureau commerciaux permet d'\u00e9conomiser plus de 1\u2019600 tonnes de CO\u2082 par an. Les valeurs indiqu\u00e9es documentent un impact op\u00e9rationnel r\u00e9el et pas seulement un potentiel de march\u00e9 th\u00e9orique.<\/p>\n

L'am\u00e9nagement de bureaux commerciaux est soumis \u00e0 une pression croissante en mati\u00e8re de changement. Le travail hybride, la consolidation des sites, les incertitudes \u00e9conomiques et les exigences ESG croissantes entra\u00eenent des adaptations structurelles des environnements de travail et un raccourcissement des cycles d'investissement.<\/p>\n

Environ 20\u2019000 meubles en circuit ferm\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e<\/h3>\n

La base de donn\u00e9es de l'\u00e9tude comprend environ 20 000 meubles par an, qui sont repris, contr\u00f4l\u00e9s, pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre de projets de r\u00e9organisation de bureaux, de d\u00e9localisation et de restructuration d'entreprises. Environ 93 pour cent des meubles repris peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s. La part restante, soit environ 7%, est recycl\u00e9e ou \u00e9limin\u00e9e dans les r\u00e8gles de l'art.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9clencheurs typiques de ces projets sont les consolidations de surfaces, les regroupements de sites, les r\u00e9orientations organisationnelles ou les adaptations \u00e9conomiques. En revanche, les d\u00e9fauts techniques des meubles en sont rarement la cause.<\/p>\n

Un impact r\u00e9el plut\u00f4t qu'un potentiel th\u00e9orique<\/h3>\n

Sur la base des meubles effectivement recycl\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e, l'ordre de grandeur document\u00e9 est le suivant : environ 700 tonnes de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9conomis\u00e9s par an et plus de 1 600 tonnes d'\u00e9missions de CO\u2082 \u00e9vit\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Le calcul se base sur un poids de meuble moyen de 35 kg ainsi que sur des valeurs d'\u00e9mission conservatrices de 80 kg de CO\u2082 par meuble nouvellement produit. L'objectif de l'extrapolation n'est pas de maximiser l'impact, mais de le situer dans une dimension r\u00e9aliste.<\/p>\n

Des changements organisationnels plut\u00f4t qu'une usure technique<\/h3>\n

\u00abDe nombreux meubles de bureau ne sont pas remplac\u00e9s parce qu'ils sont techniquement \u00e0 bout de souffle, mais parce que les organisations changent. Le plus grand potentiel de recyclage ne r\u00e9side donc pas dans un nouvel achat, mais dans une r\u00e9utilisation intelligente\u00bb, explique Marco B\u00fchler, cofondateur et directeur de Tradingzone.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9tude place les r\u00e9sultats dans le contexte du reporting ESG, des \u00e9missions du scope 3 et de l'\u00e9volution des concepts du lieu de travail. Les mod\u00e8les circulaires passent de plus en plus d'une solution de niche \u00e0 une composante des strat\u00e9gies d'approvisionnement modernes.<\/p>\n
