Vous pr\u00e9voyez d'introduire un nouveau syst\u00e8me ERP l'ann\u00e9e prochaine ? Si oui, cela doit \u00eatre bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 - comme pour un voyage. Si vous partez sans plan de route pour l'introduction d'un ERP, vous vous retrouverez rapidement dans une impasse - et cela peut vous co\u00fbter cher. Chercher sur Internet et \u00e9crire au hasard aux fournisseurs est le moyen le plus rapide, mais pas le meilleur. Bien au contraire. Elle conduit rapidement \u00e0 la d\u00e9sillusion et ne fait que co\u00fbter du temps et des ressources. Ce qu'il faut donc, c'est d\u00e9finir le projet. Il s'agit de fixer des objectifs, de d\u00e9finir des responsables et d'attribuer des r\u00f4les. Le r\u00e9sultat est un cadre pour le projet \u00e0 venir. Celui-ci comprend \u00e9galement toutes les exigences auxquelles le syst\u00e8me doit r\u00e9pondre - ce que l'on appelle un cahier des charges.<\/p>\n

Conseil n\u00b0 2 : chercher un fournisseur<\/h2>\n

Une fois le cadre et le cahier des charges \u00e9tablis, il s'agit de trouver le bon fabricant. Dans l'id\u00e9al, les entreprises se limitent \u00e0 trois ou cinq fournisseurs. Des entretiens personnels permettent de pr\u00e9senter la solution et de montrer ce que le logiciel peut faire en soi et ce qui doit encore \u00eatre adapt\u00e9. Lors du choix, il faut non seulement tenir compte des co\u00fbts, mais aussi des relations humaines - si la chimie ne fonctionne pas, m\u00eame la meilleure offre ne sert \u00e0 rien.<\/p>\n

Troisi\u00e8me conseil : tester la solution<\/h2>\n

Juste apr\u00e8s le choix du fournisseur, il est recommand\u00e9 de mettre en place un environnement de test. Il sert d'instance centrale de d\u00e9veloppement et de v\u00e9rification et est adapt\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re agile. L'avantage : les souhaits de modification peuvent \u00eatre directement mis en \u0153uvre et les personnes concern\u00e9es s'identifient plus rapidement \u00e0 \"leur\" solution. Si le syst\u00e8me ERP correspond aux attentes, il est r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9. Vient ensuite la reprise des donn\u00e9es et la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l'exploitation en direct, qui doit imp\u00e9rativement s'accompagner d'une formation compl\u00e8te pour tous les utilisateurs.<\/p>\n

Quatri\u00e8me conseil : optimiser le logiciel<\/h2>\n

Une fois que les collaborateurs sont form\u00e9s et que tous les processus sont \u00e9tablis, la phase d'optimisation commence. L'objectif est de pouvoir r\u00e9agir rapidement aux changements ou aux influences externes et internes. Dans le cadre de la transition num\u00e9rique, cette flexibilit\u00e9 et cette agilit\u00e9 sont essentielles pour obtenir des avantages concurrentiels et des gains d'efficacit\u00e9. Mais cela n\u00e9cessite \u00e0 nouveau un partenaire de confiance, capable de proc\u00e9der rapidement et de mani\u00e8re fiable aux adaptations souhait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
