(Image : Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'employ\u00e9 moyen passe environ trois heures par semaine en r\u00e9union et juge que deux tiers de toutes les r\u00e9unions sont superflues et constituent une perte de temps. Cela correspond \u00e0 des co\u00fbts mondiaux \u00e9quivalents \u00e0 environ 541 milliards de dollars US par an, comme le montre le Doodle Meeting Status Report 2019. Environ 76 pour cent des travailleurs interrog\u00e9s pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent nettement les r\u00e9unions en face \u00e0 face aux appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et aux conversations vid\u00e9o. A la demande de Doodle, 6528 collaborateurs en Suisse, en Allemagne, en Grande-Bretagne et aux Etats-Unis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s et les donn\u00e9es de 19 millions de r\u00e9unions organis\u00e9es via Doodle ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne pas t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner ou \u00e9crire des messages lors des r\u00e9unions<\/h2>\n<p>Plus d'un tiers (37 %) des personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent les r\u00e9unions inutiles comme le principal facteur de co\u00fbt dans l'entreprise et un tiers ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'elles ne pouvaient pas contribuer \u00e0 la plupart des r\u00e9unions. Mais qu'est-ce qui fait une mauvaise r\u00e9union ? Pour plus de la moiti\u00e9 des participants \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate (55 %), t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner ou \u00e9crire des messages pendant la r\u00e9union est clairement un \"no-go\". Pour une majorit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (72 pour cent), un objectif clair est le principal facteur d'une r\u00e9union r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n<h2>Les Suisses particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9dentaires<\/h2>\n<p>De nombreux travailleurs (70% des personnes interrog\u00e9es) pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les r\u00e9unions entre 8 et 12 heures. L'\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les employ\u00e9s suisses passent nettement plus de temps en r\u00e9union (cinq heures par semaine en moyenne) qu'aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Grande-Bretagne ou en Allemagne (trois heures par semaine).
