Pistor, fournisseur du march\u00e9 de la boulangerie, de la gastronomie et de la sant\u00e9, a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 son dernier exercice de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante : Avec 857,8 millions de francs, le chiffre d'affaires a augment\u00e9 de 3,7% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Alors que les affaires avec les boulangeries-confiseries ont augment\u00e9 de 1,3%, Pistor a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 5,8% de recettes suppl\u00e9mentaires avec l'approvisionnement des entreprises de restauration. La restauration repr\u00e9sente ainsi 54% du chiffre d'affaires total.<\/p>\n

\u00abObjectifs de croissance atteints\u00bb<\/h3>\n

Le CEO de Pistor, Patrick Lobsiger, se montre satisfait du r\u00e9sultat : \u00abNous avons atteint nos objectifs de croissance et avons pu nous d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re stable sur le plan financier. En misant sur diff\u00e9rents secteurs d'activit\u00e9, nous cr\u00e9ons une base largement \u00e9tay\u00e9e pour l'avenir\u00bb. L'un de ces domaines d'activit\u00e9 est la place de march\u00e9 en ligne B2B Mercanto, qui prend nettement de l'\u00e9lan. Les investissements dans l'infrastructure influencent le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Pistor investit depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans son infrastructure logistique et num\u00e9rique. En 2025, le grossiste a ouvert une nouvelle centrale de distribution \u00e0 Sennwald, \u00e0 partir de laquelle il peut livrer la client\u00e8le de Suisse orientale de mani\u00e8re plus efficace, plus rapide et plus durable. Par ailleurs, au si\u00e8ge principal de Rothenburg, l'entrep\u00f4t de petites pi\u00e8ces a \u00e9t\u00e9 modernis\u00e9, les toits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement \u00e9quip\u00e9s de panneaux solaires, sept nouveaux camions \u00e9lectriques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la flotte et plusieurs projets de logiciels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre.
