Selon une \u00e9tude repr\u00e9sentative men\u00e9e par le Pinktum Institute aupr\u00e8s de 1550 actifs en Allemagne, 26 % d'entre eux s'adressent en priorit\u00e9 aux chatbots d'intelligence artificielle comme ChatGPT ou Gemini, tous domaines d'application confondus. Pour les questions sp\u00e9cifiques concernant les candidatures, les entretiens d'embauche, les sujets sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ou les processus cr\u00e9atifs, plus de 40 % font m\u00eame confiance en premier lieu aux assistants num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<h3>La confiance se d\u00e9place vers les syst\u00e8mes<\/h3>\n<p>La relation de confiance avec l'IA est particuli\u00e8rement frappante : 29% de toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es se sentent parfois mieux comprises par les chatbots de l'IA que par les humains. Source : zvg<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude montre que ce changement est en grande partie motiv\u00e9 par des gains d'efficacit\u00e9. 43 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent que les chatbots d'intelligence artificielle permettent de cr\u00e9er plus de travail. 48 % estiment qu'ils permettent d'obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats et 46 % constatent un all\u00e8gement de leur travail quotidien.<\/p>\n<h3>La commodit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que la profondeur<\/h3>\n<p>En m\u00eame temps, l'enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le un revers critique : 43 pour cent utilisent des chatbots IA de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter une r\u00e9flexion approfondie sur des th\u00e8mes. Il en r\u00e9sulte certes des r\u00e9sultats plus rapides, mais souvent sans une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des contenus et des contextes sous-jacents. L'IA n'est donc pas seulement utilis\u00e9e comme un outil pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9, mais aussi comme un raccourci cognitif.
