(Image : pixabay)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude salariale actuelle du cabinet de recrutement Careerplus montre, pour dix profils de postes de vente, dans quelle fourchette se situe un salaire conforme au march\u00e9. En outre, l'\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re la situation salariale en Suisse : depuis 2016, le salaire annuel moyen du personnel de vente a nettement augment\u00e9, de 17%. Le facteur le plus important pour un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 n'est pas la formation initiale ou continue, mais l'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Salaire brut en hausse depuis 2016<\/h2>\n<p>Deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ressortent de l'\u00e9tude sur les salaires dans la vente de Careerplus : la nette augmentation du salaire annuel et l'importance de l'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. Depuis la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude sur les salaires dans la vente en 2016, le salaire annuel brut moyen a augment\u00e9 de 17%. Dans ce contexte, selon l'\u00e9tude, le salaire m\u00e9dian dans la vente est de 100 000 francs, soit presque 30 pour cent de plus que la moyenne suisse. Parmi les facteurs qui influencent le salaire figurent les connaissances en langues \u00e9trang\u00e8res, surtout pour les postes \u00e9lev\u00e9s : Un account manager gagne environ 10 % de plus par langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re que s'il n'avait pas les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires. Les formations initiales et continues ont \u00e9galement une influence sur le salaire. Ainsi, un chef de produit avec un dipl\u00f4me d'apprentissage re\u00e7oit en moyenne 90 500 francs par an, contre 130 000 francs avec un master HES. Mais l'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle p\u00e8se plus que tout le reste : le salaire annuel d'un chef de vente augmente jusqu'\u00e0 40 000 francs en l'espace de 20 ans. \"La connaissance du secteur et des produits est souvent plus importante que les formations continues officielles. Dans la vente, l'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle est donc d\u00e9terminante pour le salaire. C'est ce que nous constatons depuis longtemps dans nos \u00e9tudes salariales\", commente Jana Jutzi, directrice de Careerplus, \u00e0 propos de cette \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9tude pour des salaires conformes au march\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude sur les salaires dans la vente, que Careerplus publie tous les deux ans, se base sur 1665 jeux de donn\u00e9es. L'\u00e9tude consacre une double page d\u00e9taill\u00e9e \u00e0 dix profils d'emploi de vente s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s : de l'employ\u00e9 du service interne et du vendeur du service externe au directeur r\u00e9gional et au directeur des ventes, en passant par le chef d'\u00e9quipe, l'account manager et l'ing\u00e9nieur de vente. Diff\u00e9rents indicateurs montrent comment le secteur, les connaissances en langues \u00e9trang\u00e8res et la formation continue influent sur le salaire. Un plus pratique : l'\u00e9tude contient un formulaire de calcul du salaire.
