Le groupe Faigle int\u00e8gre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Witzig Alteco Digital Services (WADS), r\u00e9cemment acquise, directement dans sa structure op\u00e9rationnelle. Avec des d\u00e9cisions cibl\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de personnel, l'entreprise mise sur la continuit\u00e9 et l'expertise interne.<\/p>\n

Marco Marmo prend le r\u00f4le de CEO chez WADS<\/h3>\n

Le 9 avril 2026, Marco Marmo passera de sa position de Chief Operating Officer (COO) de Faigle au r\u00f4le de CEO de Witzig Alteco Digital Services. L'ancien responsable de la direction doit faire avancer l'int\u00e9gration de WADS et d\u00e9velopper des synergies au sein du groupe.<\/p>\n

Marmo succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Ueli Graf, qui a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et marqu\u00e9 WADS de son empreinte pendant pr\u00e8s de deux d\u00e9cennies. Graf reste dans l'entreprise en tant que Key Account Manager et devrait ainsi continuer \u00e0 apporter sa proximit\u00e9 avec les clients et sa connaissance de la branche.<\/p>\n

Adrian Kramer, nouveau COO de Faigle<\/h3>\n

Le poste de COO chez Faigle, laiss\u00e9 vacant par le changement de Marmo, sera repris par Adrian Kramer. Il apporte avec lui plus de 25 ans d'exp\u00e9rience de direction et a dirig\u00e9 derni\u00e8rement le domaine de la technique et du support. Dans sa nouvelle fonction, Kramer est responsable du domaine op\u00e9rationnel de Faigle et doit assurer la qualit\u00e9 du service pendant la poursuite de la phase de croissance.<\/p>\n

\u00abAvec cette rocade, nous tenons la promesse de lier \u00e9troitement WADS au groupe Faigle tout en pr\u00e9servant la stabilit\u00e9 de l'entreprise\u00bb, explique Armin B\u00e4bler, CEO du groupe Faigle. Le fait que les deux postes cl\u00e9s soient occup\u00e9s par des cadres internes t\u00e9moigne de la force de l'\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Faigle est une entreprise familiale dirig\u00e9e par ses propri\u00e9taires qui emploie environ 300 personnes et qui, en tant que plus grand fournisseur ind\u00e9pendant des fabricants en Suisse, propose des services d'impression g\u00e9r\u00e9s ainsi que des solutions pour la num\u00e9risation des processus commerciaux et l'externalisation des processus d'affaires. Witzig Alteco Digital Services emploie environ 75 collaborateurs sur plusieurs sites suisses et est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les environnements de travail modernes et les solutions Digital Workplace.<\/p>\n
