(Image : pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les entreprises membres de DSAG continuent d'investir de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dans l'informatique. Pour 31% (DACH 40%) des entreprises suisses interrog\u00e9es, le budget augmente en moyenne d'environ 13% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. (DACH 16 pour cent). En ce qui concerne les investissements SAP, la situation est similaire \u00e0 celle des investissements informatiques g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. Ils augmentent pour 25% des entreprises suisses (DACH 42%), de 16% en moyenne (DACH 27%). \"Une certaine r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 investir de la part de nombreuses entreprises suisses pourrait \u00eatre due au fait qu'aucune strat\u00e9gie claire n'est encore perceptible quant \u00e0 l'organisation future des logiciels\", commente Christian Zumbach, membre du comit\u00e9 directeur de DSAG Suisse. Cette ann\u00e9e, une nouvelle question a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e pour savoir si le budget pour les processus commerciaux bas\u00e9s sur des logiciels est mis \u00e0 disposition par le d\u00e9partement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et s'il en est responsable. Dans 39% des cas (DACH 28%), c'est le d\u00e9partement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 qui est en grande partie responsable. Dans 44% (41% en Allemagne) des entreprises, les budgets informatiques restent du ressort de l'informatique. Elles suivent ainsi la r\u00e9partition classique des t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le big data est au top<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les tendances actuelles, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises suisses (53%) investissent dans le Big Data (DACH 46%) et 44% dans l'Internet des objets (DACH 43%). Les projets dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle sont \u00e0 l'ordre du jour pour 25 pour cent des entreprises (DACH 32 pour cent). 11 % s'occupent de la robotique Process Automation (DACH 23 %). 17 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es n'ont pas de projets pr\u00e9vus sur ces th\u00e8mes (DACH 19 %). Plusieurs r\u00e9ponses \u00e9taient possibles. \"Big Data, Internet of Things et intelligence artificielle\/machine learning sont arriv\u00e9s dans les entreprises suisses. Pour DSAG, c'est une incitation \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 s'occuper intensivement de ces th\u00e8mes en 2019\", commente Christian Zumbach, membre du comit\u00e9 directeur de DSAG Suisse.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\/4HANA en plein essor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les principaux investissements dans la Business Suite sont en recul. Seules 3 % des entreprises suisses pr\u00e9voient encore des investissements \u00e9lev\u00e9s en 2019 (DACH 10 %). En revanche, 11 pour cent pr\u00e9voient tout de m\u00eame des investissements \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour S\/4HANA (On-Premise) (DACH 14 pour cent) et 8 pour cent pour S\/4HANA (Cloud) (DACH 3 pour cent). \"Il semble que l'on assiste ici, m\u00eame si ce n'est pas encore tr\u00e8s prononc\u00e9, \u00e0 l'\u00e9mergence d'une nouvelle compr\u00e9hension en ce qui concerne S\/4HANA\", commente Christian Zumbach. Cette tendance se manifeste \u00e9galement dans le passage de l'ERP 6.0 \u00e0 S\/4HANA. Cette ann\u00e9e, 3 pour cent veulent encore changer (DACH 5 pour cent). Pour 33 pour cent, le changement sera \u00e0 l'ordre du jour dans les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es (DACH 39 pour cent). A partir de 2021\/2022, 31 pour cent pr\u00e9voient de le faire (DACH 30 pour cent). Le nombre de personnes qui n'ont pas encore pris de d\u00e9cision est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 28 pour cent (+ 13 pour cent), alors qu'il est tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 16 pour cent en DACH (- 9 pour cent). \"Le fait que le nombre d'ind\u00e9cis ait augment\u00e9 \u00e0 ce point pourrait indiquer que de nombreuses entreprises suisses examinent des alternatives suppl\u00e9mentaires avant de s'engager dans une voie concr\u00e8te\", interpr\u00e8te Christian Zumbach \u00e0 propos de ce r\u00e9sultat. En revanche, le nombre de ceux qui veulent rester avec SAP ERP 6.0 a encore diminu\u00e9 \u00e0 3 pour cent (DACH 6 pour cent). C'est 9 pour cent de moins qu'en 2018 (DACH -7 pour cent).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Num\u00e9risation : se concentrer sur les processus commerciaux existants<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les investissements pour les efforts de num\u00e9risation, les entreprises membres de DSAG continuent \u00e0 faire la diff\u00e9rence entre les processus commerciaux existants et les nouveaux mod\u00e8les commerciaux. L'accent mis sur les processus commerciaux existants (tr\u00e8s important et important) a encore augment\u00e9 de 7 points de pourcentage en Suisse (DACH + 5 points de pourcentage \u00e0 90%) par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour atteindre 94%.
