Le principe de la loi d'Ohm s'observe \u00e9galement dans les syst\u00e8mes de direction : Lorsque la r\u00e9sistance organisationnelle augmente - trop de boucles de coordination, manque de clart\u00e9, responsabilit\u00e9s mal d\u00e9finies - l'\u00e9nergie des personnes circule plus lentement et de mani\u00e8re moins cibl\u00e9e. Au bout d'un certain temps, elle n'est presque plus l\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne sous-estim\u00e9<\/strong>nomen<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dans les conversations avec les cadres, une phrase revient de plus en plus souvent : \u00abIl devient plus difficile de trouver de bonnes personnes - et encore plus difficile de les garder\u00bb. C'est peut-\u00eatre vrai. Mais il vaut la peine d'y regarder de plus pr\u00e8s. Car souvent, la v\u00e9ritable cause ne se trouve pas \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, sur le march\u00e9, mais dans le propre syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

De nombreuses structures de direction ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues \u00e0 une \u00e9poque qui n'existe plus. Les hi\u00e9rarchies qui, \u00e0 l'origine, assuraient la stabilit\u00e9, produisent aujourd'hui parfois l'effet inverse : les d\u00e9cisions prennent trop de temps, les responsabilit\u00e9s ne sont pas claires, l'\u00e9nergie est d\u00e9pens\u00e9e en coordination plut\u00f4t qu'en efficacit\u00e9. Il en r\u00e9sulte une perte d'\u00e9nergie silencieuse et insidieuse, qui ne se voit pas imm\u00e9diatement, mais qui est clairement perceptible.<\/p>\n

Rendre la r\u00e9sistance visible<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dans la pratique, j'observe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que les cadres ne reconnaissent pas cette r\u00e9sistance comme telle pendant longtemps. Elle ne se manifeste pas comme une crise, mais par de petits sympt\u00f4mes : des r\u00e9unions qui ne produisent pas de d\u00e9cisions. Des projets qui se perdent dans la concertation. Des \u00e9quipes qui attendent au lieu d'aller de l'avant.<\/p>\n

Le premier pas vers le changement est le diagnostic. Pas avec de grandes analyses, mais avec des questions honn\u00eates : combien de temps prennent r\u00e9ellement les d\u00e9cisions importantes chez nous ? Tous les membres de l'\u00e9quipe citeraient-ils la m\u00eame priorit\u00e9 absolue si on leur posait la question ind\u00e9pendamment les uns des autres ? Et : est-ce que nous, en tant qu'\u00e9quipe de direction, construisons activement des capacit\u00e9s pour demain - ou g\u00e9rons-nous surtout le pr\u00e9sent ?<\/p>\n

Ces trois questions ne sont pas de la rh\u00e9torique. Elles montrent o\u00f9 se trouve la r\u00e9sistance dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Moins de r\u00e9sistance, plus d'impact<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La loi d'Ohm a ceci de bon qu'elle peut \u00eatre invers\u00e9e. En r\u00e9duisant la r\u00e9sistance, on augmente automatiquement le flux d'\u00e9nergie. Dans les organisations, cela signifie : des voies de d\u00e9cision plus claires, moins d'efforts de concertation, plus de confiance dans la capacit\u00e9 d'action des personnes.<\/p>\n

Parfois, une \u00e9quipe n'a pas besoin d'une motivation suppl\u00e9mentaire. Il faut moins de frictions dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Trois questions de r\u00e9flexion :<\/p>\n

  1. O\u00f9 prenez-vous des d\u00e9cisions importantes en quelques heures - et o\u00f9 en quelques semaines ?<\/li>\n
  2. Est-ce que toutes les personnes de votre \u00e9quipe connaissent la m\u00eame priorit\u00e9 principale ?<\/li>\n
  3. O\u00f9 se produit-il chez vous une friction qui ne produit aucun effet - mais qui co\u00fbte seulement de l'\u00e9nergie ?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    C'est peut-\u00eatre l\u00e0 que se trouve le levier le plus important dont vous disposez actuellement.<\/p>\n
