Bug Bounty Switzerland, le pionnier suisse du piratage \u00e9thique, des tests de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intelligents et du mod\u00e8le \"service as software\", annonce la cl\u00f4ture d'un tour de financement de s\u00e9rie A de 12 millions de francs suisses. Le tour de table a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 par Direttissima Growth Partners, avec une participation \u00e9quivalente de Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG). L'investissement se fait sous la forme d'une participation minoritaire dans le cadre d'une augmentation de capital - l'\u00e9quipe fondatrice continue \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir la majorit\u00e9 des parts et \u00e0 marquer de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9terminante l'orientation strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n

Direttissima, un investisseur europ\u00e9en en capital de croissance bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Zurich et \u00e0 Munich, apporte une exp\u00e9rience op\u00e9rationnelle de scale-up dans le secteur technologique B2B ainsi qu'un r\u00e9seau d'entrepreneurs-investisseurs. DBAG, cot\u00e9e en bourse depuis 1985, investit via sa strat\u00e9gie d'investissement \u00e0 long terme - des fonds propres sans les p\u00e9riodes de d\u00e9tention d'une structure de fonds - et permet ainsi un v\u00e9ritable partenariat \u00e0 long terme. Autofinanc\u00e9, rentable et digne de confiance<\/h3>\n

Ce tour de financement marque la prochaine \u00e9tape de d\u00e9veloppement de Bug Bounty Switzerland : le passage d'une \u00e9quipe fondatrice autofinanc\u00e9e \u00e0 une scale-up europ\u00e9enne marquant sa cat\u00e9gorie. Le capital est investi dans l'expansion internationale, dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l'orchestration des tests de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur l'IA et de plus en plus autonome, ainsi que dans la croissance de l'\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Bug Bounty Switzerland a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2020, mais ses racines remontent aux premiers programmes de Bug Bounty en Suisse, qui remontent \u00e0 2015.
