C'est \u00e0 ces conclusions que parvient l'institut de recherche Reppublika dans sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 sur l'e-mail en Suisse. Pour ce faire, 1012 internautes de plus de 16 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en Suisse al\u00e9manique. Les jeunes interrog\u00e9s font preuve d'une dynamique particuli\u00e8re dans l'utilisation de l'e-mail.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Protection contre le spam particuli\u00e8rement demand\u00e9e<\/h3>\r\n<p>Les Suisses interrog\u00e9s sont particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les fonctions d'assistance pour leur bo\u00eete aux lettres : En premier lieu, la d\u00e9tection des spams et du phishing assist\u00e9e par IA (47 %) ainsi que l'aide \u00e0 la traduction (31 %). C'est exactement ce que nous proposons avec les fonctions d'IA \u00e9prouv\u00e9es de GMX, comme l'affichage tri\u00e9 dans la bo\u00eete aux lettres intelligente ainsi que la protection contre le spam et le phishing. En outre, nous proposons depuis peu des fonctions d'IA qui facilitent la lecture, l'\u00e9criture et la recherche d'e-mails. Cela renforce encore la pertinence de l'e-mail et intensifie son utilisation d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e\u00bb, explique Rasmus Giese, CEO de United Internet Media.<\/p>\r\n<h3>L'utilisation de l'e-mail augmente dans tous les groupes d'\u00e2ge<\/h3>\r\n<p>92% des personnes interrog\u00e9es lisent et \u00e9crivent quotidiennement des e-mails - et l'utilisation continue d'augmenter : alors que 63% lisent toujours autant d'e-mails par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, 33% indiquent m\u00eame avoir lu plus d'e-mails que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Un coup d'\u0153il sur les classes d'\u00e2ge montre que l'e-mail est utilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re intensive par toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Source : zvg<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Dans tous les groupes d'\u00e2ge, la pertinence de la communication par e-mail avec la famille et les amis (63%) ainsi qu'avec les autorit\u00e9s (59%) reste constante \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. La communication avec la famille et les amis ainsi qu'avec les autorit\u00e9s gagne respectivement en importance pour 22% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, de sorte que la pertinence globale augmente. Le dialogue par e-mail avec les entreprises dans le cadre du processus d'achat gagne encore en importance pour 21 %, tandis qu'il reste \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour 59 %. Chez les 16-29 ans, on constate une nette progression : l'importance de la communication par e-mail avec l'\u00e9tablissement d'enseignement ou de formation continue (36%) ainsi qu'avec les entreprises dans le cadre du processus d'achat (30%) et dans la vie priv\u00e9e (25%) augmente en particulier.<\/p>\r\n<h3>41% ach\u00e8tent directement \u00e0 partir de newsletters<\/h3>\r\n<p>90 pour cent des Suisses lisent les newsletters - 35 pour cent m\u00eame au moins tous les jours et font donc partie de ce que l'on appelle les \"heavy users\". Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des destinataires de newsletters (47%) re\u00e7oivent m\u00eame jusqu'\u00e0 15 mailings par semaine. Les newsletters sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de l'e-mail marketing et du customer journey : 41% des lecteurs de newsletters ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 une commande directement \u00e0 partir d'un mailing. Les offres et les r\u00e9ductions exclusivement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 la newsletter sont particuli\u00e8rement attrayantes pour ces personnes interrog\u00e9es (49 pour cent).<\/p>\r\n<h3>GMX fait partie du top 3 des op\u00e9rateurs<\/h3>\r\n<p>16 % des internautes germanophones en Suisse utilisent GMX.ch comme adresse e-mail principale. GMX fait ainsi partie des trois principaux fournisseurs de messagerie. Google est en t\u00eate avec 30 %, suivi de Bluewin avec 18 %. Microsoft (10 %), ses propres serveurs et domaines (5 %) et Sunrise (5 %) se situent nettement derri\u00e8re GMX.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00abCette forte position sur le march\u00e9 souligne la pertinence de GMX avec sa grande port\u00e9e en Suisse. Pour les annonceurs, c'est un avantage d\u00e9cisif pour s'adresser \u00e0 eux tout au long du Customer Journey : ils atteignent leurs groupes cibles directement dans leur bo\u00eete aux lettres, dans un environnement s\u00fbr qui est utilis\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et intensivement\u00bb, explique Rasmus Giese.<\/p>\r\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es de l'\u00e9tude \u00abE-Mail-Marktstudie Schweiz\u00bb se basent sur une enqu\u00eate de l'institut de recherche Reppublika. Pour ce faire, un panel repr\u00e9sentatif en ligne de 1012 internautes germanophones \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 79 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9 en Suisse.<\/p>\r\n<p>Avec une moyenne de 892 000 utilisateurs actifs par mois, GMX touche environ 17 % des internautes germanophones en Suisse (trimestre 2026-1).
