Lors du Speaker Slam international de Mastershausen (DE), ce th\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en sc\u00e8ne et r\u00e9compens\u00e9. Le speaker Andreas Gruber, qui vit en Suisse, a re\u00e7u l'Excellence Award pour sa contribution. Le concours a r\u00e9uni environ 120 participants de 18 pays et a \u00e9t\u00e9 retransmis en direct dans plus de 150 pays. Le d\u00e9fi : faire passer un message en quelques minutes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'il ait un impact - sans pr\u00e9sentation, sans outils.<\/p>\n

Un changement de perspective est n\u00e9cessaire<\/h3>\n

Gruber a parl\u00e9 d'une \u00e9volution qui est perceptible depuis longtemps dans de nombreuses entreprises : le leadership devient de plus en plus une r\u00e9action \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9, \u00e0 la pression et au changement permanent. \u00ab\u00c0 quoi sert la meilleure strat\u00e9gie si le leadership n'est plus qu'une r\u00e9action ?\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gruber sur sc\u00e8ne. Sa th\u00e8se centrale : le leadership moderne n'\u00e9choue pas par manque de connaissances ou de m\u00e9thodes - mais parce que les personnes sous pression perdent l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la clart\u00e9, \u00e0 l'orientation et \u00e0 leur propre capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision. De nombreux cadres continuent \u00e0 fonctionner vers l'ext\u00e9rieur alors qu'ils sont depuis longtemps en mode r\u00e9action \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur. Les d\u00e9cisions sont prises \u00e0 court terme, l'incertitude augmente et l'efficacit\u00e9 personnelle diminue.<\/p>\n

Gruber plaide donc pour un changement de perspective : le leadership ne commence pas par la fixation d'objectifs ou la communication, mais l\u00e0 o\u00f9 un individu reste capable de se diriger lui-m\u00eame sous pression. \u00abLes entreprises investissent beaucoup dans les strat\u00e9gies, les outils et les processus. Ce qui manque souvent, c'est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester lucide et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions conscientes, m\u00eame sous pression\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n

D\u00e9velopper son propre mod\u00e8le de coaching<\/h3>\n

Pour son travail, Gruber utilise le mod\u00e8le Ergoarchipel\u00ae qu'il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Il associe le coaching syst\u00e9mique \u00e0 une structure claire pour l'autogestion dans des situations complexes. L'objectif est de cr\u00e9er une orientation - non seulement \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, mais aussi et surtout \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur. Pour Gruber, la distinction obtenue lors du Speaker Slam est donc plus qu'un succ\u00e8s personnel : elle montre qu'un th\u00e8me que de nombreuses entreprises sous-estiment jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent gagne en importance.<\/p>\n

En plus de sa r\u00e9compense lors du Speaker Slam, Gruber a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9 lors du Founder Summit 2026 \u00e0 Wiesbaden (DE). Sa prochaine apparition internationale est \u00e9galement fix\u00e9e : le 22 ao\u00fbt 2026, il s'exprimera lors du Congr\u00e8s international des experts \u00e0 New York (US).
