Pour cette \u00e9tude, 1 486 personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 16 \u00e0 60 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es dans le cadre d'une recherche d'emploi active ou passive. Le r\u00e9sultat sans doute le plus clair de l'\u00e9tude est que pas moins de 78% des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient un bon \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e \u00e0 un poste \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans l'entreprise.<\/p>\n

Seuls 43 pour cent se sont prononc\u00e9s en faveur d'une carri\u00e8re tr\u00e8s importante pour eux. Les Suisses romands semblent accorder plus d'importance \u00e0 la progression personnelle que les Suisses al\u00e9maniques (52 contre 40 pour cent). Si la \"chimie\" est bonne, les personnes interrog\u00e9es peuvent facilement s'imaginer rester plus de cinq ans chez le m\u00eame employeur (89 pour cent). M\u00eame la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e2g\u00e9e de 16 \u00e0 24 ans n'y voit aucun probl\u00e8me (81 pour cent).<\/p>\n

Suisse romande plus active<\/strong><\/p>\n

En ce qui concerne la r\u00e9partition des demandeurs d'emploi, il y a globalement plus de demandeurs d'emploi actifs et passifs en Suisse al\u00e9manique : 41% contre 36% en Suisse romande. Les Romands sont toutefois plus actifs : au cours des 12 derniers mois, 45% d'entre eux ont postul\u00e9 \u00e0 un emploi.<\/p>\n

En Suisse al\u00e9manique, ce chiffre n'\u00e9tait que de 38%. Durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, les Romands ont envoy\u00e9 en moyenne 28 candidatures alors que les Al\u00e9maniques n'en ont envoy\u00e9 que 15 par personne. Dans l'ensemble, on constate que les demandeurs d'emploi plus \u00e2g\u00e9s ont postul\u00e9 plus souvent que les jeunes.<\/p>\n

Cha\u00eenes populaires<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les portails d'emploi en ligne sont le canal le plus populaire pour la recherche d'emploi avec 65 pour cent. Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de deux pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. En deuxi\u00e8me position, on trouve les sites Internet des entreprises avec 53 pour cent, la m\u00eame valeur que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les annonces dans les journaux et les magazines sont chaque ann\u00e9e moins utilis\u00e9es pour la recherche d'emploi (moins 6 pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente).<\/p>\n

Avec 21 %, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux continuent de jouer un r\u00f4le plut\u00f4t secondaire dans la recherche du job de r\u00eave.<\/p>\n
