Selon la Conf\u00e9rence des offices AI (COAI), le nombre constamment \u00e9lev\u00e9 de r\u00e9adaptations est une confirmation du travail durable des offices AI - et signifie en m\u00eame temps responsabilit\u00e9 et d\u00e9veloppement continu. Derri\u00e8re chaque r\u00e9adaptation r\u00e9ussie se cachent diff\u00e9rents acteurs : des employeurs qui font preuve d'ouverture et offrent des perspectives ; des personnes atteintes dans leur sant\u00e9 qui saisissent la chance qui leur est offerte - et enfin des conseillers en r\u00e9adaptation qui servent d'interm\u00e9diaires entre l'employeur et l'employ\u00e9. \"Nos sp\u00e9cialistes de la r\u00e9adaptation jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'emplois maintenus et de nouveaux placements de personnes atteintes dans leur sant\u00e9\", souligne \u00e9galement Monika Dudle-Ammann, pr\u00e9sidente de la Conf\u00e9rence des offices AI.<\/p>\n

Les services de l'emploi : L'int\u00e9gration offre des perspectives<\/h2>\n

Int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les personnes, comp\u00e9tences professionnelles, excellentes comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de placement et bon \"contact\" avec les employeurs - autant de conditions n\u00e9cessaires aux conseillers en r\u00e9adaptation pour r\u00e9ussir leur travail. Le nombre de placements est relev\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des 26 offices AI cantonaux et publi\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9rence des offices AI. Les 21'156 personnes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9adapt\u00e9es par les offices AI en 2018 comprennent 11'925 personnes qui ont pu conserver leur emploi, 1'710 personnes qui ont chang\u00e9 d'emploi dans la m\u00eame entreprise ainsi que 6'887 personnes qui ont trouv\u00e9 un emploi dans une nouvelle entreprise. En outre, 634 personnes ayant une rente AI en cours ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 prendre pied dans le monde du travail gr\u00e2ce au soutien de l'AI. C'est \u00e9galement sous le signe du travail de r\u00e9adaptation que se place cette ann\u00e9e la devise de la Conf\u00e9rence des offices AI : L'int\u00e9gration offre des perspectives.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9server le plus grand nombre d'emplois possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'intervention pr\u00e9coce<\/h2>\n

Plus t\u00f4t on d\u00e9tecte les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs et plus t\u00f4t on implique l'office AI, mieux et plus vite celui-ci peut prendre les mesures appropri\u00e9es - soit pour le maintien du poste de travail existant, soit pour la r\u00e9adaptation \u00e0 un nouveau poste. C'est dans ce but que les mesures d'intervention pr\u00e9coce de l'AI ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es. Le pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 de personnes qui parviennent chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 conserver leur emploi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une intervention pr\u00e9coce montre qu'elles peuvent souvent pr\u00e9venir la perte d'un emploi.<\/p>\n
