La devise de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait \"learning from the best\". C'est dans cet esprit que cinq sp\u00e9cialistes de la branche RH ont \u00e9chang\u00e9, lors d'une discussion anim\u00e9e, sur les tendances en mati\u00e8re de RH ainsi que sur les conclusions de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude Employer Brand. La Randstad Employer Brand Research est une \u00e9tude ind\u00e9pendante dans le domaine de la \"marque employeur\". Les entreprises ne peuvent pas poser leur candidature pour participer \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude, elles sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es en fonction de leur nombre de collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<h2>C'est quand m\u00eame le salaire<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude de cette ann\u00e9e a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 - un peu \u00e0 la surprise des personnes pr\u00e9sentes et \u00e0 l'encontre des tendances paneurop\u00e9ennes - qu'en Suisse, un bon salaire et d'autres avantages sont le premier facteur d'embauche, suivis par une bonne ambiance de travail et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'emploi. Dans les autres pays europ\u00e9ens, c'est le facteur \"bonne ambiance de travail\" qui arrive en t\u00eate. Selon l'\u00e9tude, une trop mauvaise r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est en outre la principale raison de quitter son emploi chez les salari\u00e9s suisses. Le manque de reconnaissance ou un \u00e9quilibre insuffisant entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e sont d'autres raisons. C'est pourquoi une \"Employer Value Proposition\" coh\u00e9rente est importante pour \u00eatre un employeur attractif, toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues, s'accordait \u00e0 dire le podium.
