Les cycles d'innovation de plus en plus courts, le passage au multicanal et \u00e0 l'omnicanal, les nouvelles technologies, la mani\u00e8re dont la vente en face \u00e0 face \u00e9volue et la pression croissante sur les prix mettent \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve les d\u00e9partements de vente et de distribution des entreprises suisses. Pour survivre dans cet environnement en rapide \u00e9volution, les organisations de vente et de distribution doivent se r\u00e9orienter en permanence. Cela n\u00e9cessite de l'innovation, de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et le courage de sortir des sentiers battus.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sales Excellence Award dans deux cat\u00e9gories<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">C'est dans ce contexte que les experts en vente et en distribution du Swiss Marketing Forum, de WATC Consulting AG et de la Haute \u00e9cole d'\u00e9conomie de Zurich (HWZ) lancent un prix r\u00e9compensant les initiatives de vente et de distribution r\u00e9ussies et porteuses d'avenir en Suisse. Son objectif premier : identifier et mettre en lumi\u00e8re les personnes et les \u00e9quipes qui font \u0153uvre de pionnier avec des projets de vente et de distribution nouveaux et cr\u00e9atifs, et encourager les \u00e9changes entre les professionnels de la vente et de la distribution. Le moyen pour y parvenir : le Sales Excellence Award, qui sera d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9cern\u00e9 une fois par an pour r\u00e9compenser les performances exceptionnelles en mati\u00e8re de vente et de distribution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Le Sales Excellence Award est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 dans deux cat\u00e9gories :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Petites et moyennes entreprises de moins de 500 employ\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Grandes entreprises de plus de 500 employ\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">S'y ajoutent un prix sp\u00e9cial du jury et un prix du public (non li\u00e9 \u00e0 des cat\u00e9gories).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Un jury compos\u00e9 d'experts<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Les organisateurs du Sales Excellence Award sont fiers d'avoir attir\u00e9 un groupe de jur\u00e9s particuli\u00e8rement prestigieux, qui repr\u00e9sentent un large \u00e9ventail d'opinions. <\/span><span lang=\"DE\">r\u00e9unir des exp\u00e9riences issues de la pratique, du conseil et de l'enseignement. Plusieurs dimensions sont prises en compte dans l'\u00e9valuation : le degr\u00e9 d'innovation du projet soumis, son utilit\u00e9 pour l'organisation, sa pertinence au-del\u00e0 de l'entreprise et sa mise en \u0153uvre concr\u00e8te avec les mesures d'accompagnement qui l'accompagnent. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Date limite de candidature : 15 juillet 2019<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Sont admis au concours les projets de vente et de distribution d'entreprises et d'organisations ayant leur si\u00e8ge en Suisse.
