(Image : Allpura)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Karin Funk, directrice d'Allpura, l'association des entreprises suisses de nettoyage, d\u00e9clare que des conditions de travail \u00e9quitables et le respect de la convention collective de travail, y compris des salaires minimaux, sont une affaire de chef : \"Allpura et nos membres n'ont aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ce que la convention collective de travail soit viol\u00e9e. Quelques moutons noirs jettent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le discr\u00e9dit sur toutes les autres entreprises de nettoyage. Pourtant, la grande majorit\u00e9 des entreprises de nettoyage respectent les r\u00e8gles ! Elles s'engagent pour des conditions de travail et des salaires \u00e9quitables, encouragent leurs collaborateurs par la formation et le perfectionnement et versent souvent des salaires sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux convenus dans la CCT\".<\/p>\n<h2>Les changements dans le secteur du nettoyage<\/h2>\n<p>En effet, depuis des ann\u00e9es, un changement massif a eu lieu dans le secteur du nettoyage en Suisse, passant largement inaper\u00e7u aux yeux du public. Ainsi, les salaires minimaux ont augment\u00e9 d'environ 25%. Actuellement, ils s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 CHF 3'422 pour les nettoyeurs\/euses d'entretien sans apprentissage, auxquels s'ajoutent un 13e mois de salaire et une assurance d'indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res en cas de maladie. Pour les nettoyeurs\/euses de b\u00e2timents CFC, c'est-\u00e0-dire apr\u00e8s un apprentissage de trois ans, le salaire minimum s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 CHF 4'500 plus le 13e salaire mensuel. En outre, le respect des salaires est contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Ainsi, la commission paritaire de la branche du nettoyage effectue r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des contr\u00f4les de salaires. Les infractions commises par les entreprises sont sanctionn\u00e9es par des amendes. De plus, les collaborateurs des entreprises de nettoyage, les clients et les personnes ext\u00e9rieures peuvent \u00e0 tout moment signaler \u00e0 la CP Nettoyage les infractions pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des taux horaires \u00e9quitables pour un travail de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\"L'association Allpura et ses membres refusent cat\u00e9goriquement les conditions de travail in\u00e9quitables comme le travail sur appel ! Mais pour chaque commande, il faut \u00eatre deux. Dans le sillage de la mentalit\u00e9 du \"pas cher, pas cher\", certains donneurs d'ordre trouvent qu'un taux horaire facturable de 30 CHF est encore raisonnable, alors qu'un jardinier ou un \u00e9lectricien est naturellement factur\u00e9 90 CHF. Or, aucune entreprise de nettoyage ne peut raisonnablement se contenter d'un taux horaire facturable de CHF 30. Celui qui veut aider les agents de nettoyage devrait se pencher sur les tarifs pay\u00e9s par son employeur ou son propre m\u00e9nage\", explique Karin Funk.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires dans le nettoyage assurent l'existence<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Des conditions de travail pr\u00e9caires r\u00e8gnent dans certains secteurs. C'est la seule fa\u00e7on pour Allpura d'expliquer que dans le secteur du nettoyage, de nombreuses personnes cherchent un compl\u00e9ment de revenu - en plus de leur emploi dans une autre branche. Dans cette mesure, le secteur du nettoyage assume \u00e9galement une t\u00e2che sociale et \u00e9conomique importante - de nombreuses personnes peuvent, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur emploi d'appoint dans le nettoyage, am\u00e9liorer leur mauvais salaire dans une autre branche et assurer ainsi leur existence. Karin Funk souligne en outre le r\u00f4le int\u00e9grateur que joue le secteur du nettoyage, avec son taux de migration de 95% : \"Pour de nombreux migrants qui ne ma\u00eetrisent pas encore la langue du pays, un emploi dans le nettoyage est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour entrer dans la vie professionnelle suisse. Cette \u00e9tape leur permet de mieux s'int\u00e9grer dans notre pays, de nouer des contacts sociaux et d'acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle\".<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le nettoyage, comme tout autre m\u00e9tier, m\u00e9rite d'\u00eatre valoris\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La directrice d'Allpura souligne que l'estime devrait \u00e9galement aller de soi dans le secteur du nettoyage : \"Un nettoyage efficace, pr\u00e9servant la valeur et l'environnement est un m\u00e9tier qui s'apprend. Le nettoyage professionnel n'a rien \u00e0 voir avec le m\u00e9nage tel que nous le connaissons tous \u00e0 titre priv\u00e9 dans nos foyers. Sans personnel de nettoyage, les h\u00f4pitaux devraient fermer leurs portes en quelques heures. Les fa\u00e7ades modernes de nos villes deviendraient inesth\u00e9tiques en un clin d'\u0153il. Les b\u00e2timents publics ne seraient plus repr\u00e9sentatifs et nous nous sentirions tous mal \u00e0 l'aise sur notre lieu de travail. Aujourd'hui d\u00e9j\u00e0, nombreux sont ceux qui peuvent dire que leur employeur fait des \u00e9conomies en r\u00e9duisant le nettoyage des toilettes et des bureaux. Chez Allpura, nous apprenons en outre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que des appels d'offres pour des missions ont pour seul objectif des prestations toujours moins ch\u00e8res. Mais faire la m\u00eame chose toujours moins cher, ce n'est tout simplement pas possible\", explique r\u00e9solument Karin Funk.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Allpura, l'estime est \u00e9galement li\u00e9e aux conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales des commandes. Alors que, comme dans d'autres secteurs, il y a de moins en moins de temps \u00e0 consacrer au travail dans le nettoyage, que la pression sur les prix augmente et que les marges se r\u00e9duisent, le d\u00e9fi pour les entreprises de nettoyage s'accro\u00eet.
