Dans le secteur de la communication, les femmes accordent plus d'importance \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re que les hommes. C'est \u00e0 cette conclusion que parvient le dernier Trendmonitor RP de news aktuell et Faktenkontor. 130 sp\u00e9cialistes et cadres suisses des RP ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate. Faire carri\u00e8re est plus important pour les femmes professionnelles des RP que pour leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins. C'est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le le dernier Trendmonitor RP de news actuel<\/a> et Faktenkontor<\/a>. 130 sp\u00e9cialistes et cadres suisses des RP ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate. Pour faire avancer leur carri\u00e8re, les femmes font plus d'heures suppl\u00e9mentaires et de voyages d'affaires que les hommes. A l'inverse, les hommes sont plus enclins \u00e0 \u00eatre joignables en permanence et \u00e0 emporter du travail en vacances.<\/p>\n

Deux tiers des femmes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent que leur carri\u00e8re est importante ou tr\u00e8s importante (66%). Chez les hommes, seul un peu plus d'un sur deux (58 %) est de cet avis. En ce qui concerne les concessions pour la carri\u00e8re, les d\u00e9clarations des participants f\u00e9minins et masculins \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate divergent en partie fortement. Les femmes sont plus dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler plus d'heures par semaine pour leur carri\u00e8re (50 pour cent), les hommes font moins de compromis pour un temps de travail hebdomadaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (39 pour cent). De m\u00eame, les femmes seraient pr\u00eates \u00e0 accepter plus de d\u00e9placements professionnels pour leur carri\u00e8re (40 pour cent) que leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins (33 pour cent).<\/p>\n

En revanche, les hommes sont beaucoup plus dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre constamment joignables pour le travail (69%) que les femmes (39%). Les avis des hommes et des femmes divergent \u00e9galement en ce qui concerne le travail en vacances. Alors que 28 % des hommes seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 emmener du travail en vacances pour leur carri\u00e8re, seules 19 % des femmes seraient pr\u00eates \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
